I don't recommend

The apartment is rather a little town house with mezzanine. It has air conditioning, but it doesn't reach the bedrooms which are on the mezzanine under the roof and get really, really hot in summer. It is very dark in the house as the only light comes from the terrace/entrance door. There is a tiny terrace with no privacy at all. Everybody passing by can look directly in the house. What we did not appreciate at all was the rather complicated check-in procedure. One has to contact the concierge upfront and agree on the arrival time. The conciere is only available from 4 to 6:30 pm. If you arrive later, well... As he is not nearby (he comes from Barcarès), make sure to get him to confirm your arrival time. He does not check his Whatsapp messages, you need to call. Also, you will need 2 French bank cheques for the check-in (deposit). If you don't have a French bank account, you will have to give him cash. Be aware that no bed linen or towels are provided, you need to bring everything! The entire communication with the owner and the concierge is in French!
