Upstairs: four bedrooms (three double beds 140x190cm and one single bed 90x190cm), one of which has a dressing room on the landing, a shower room with a shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet with a washbasin. A large, well-maintained garden with mature trees and flowers, as well as a south-facing terrace and a pétanque court, enhance the outdoor space. A carport and parking are available on the property. Comfort, space, and characterful stonework define this cottage, located near the owners' residence, shops, and just 2 km from the beaches. Discover the heart of the maritime town of Paimpol with its cafés, restaurants, narrow streets, boutiques, and marina, or enjoy the magnificent hikes and walks nearby (the banks of the Trieux River are 2.5 km away). Boat trips to the Île de Bréhat depart from Pointe de l'Arcouest, 8 km away. Tréguier, a charming small town, is 14 km away, and Lézardrieux is 4 km away. Spacious gîte facing the garden and the sun, both 2 km from Paimpol and the banks of the Trieux.
