The property was very spacious for my family of 5 and was located close enough to the USF Tampa campus to allow us to get my kids settled in University. Justin was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Great to go see the Eagles beat the Bucs. Really nice to walk to stadium. The cleaning people could have done a better job cleaning refrig in garage. All in a great time.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. There were some things that were broken and I made the owner aware who was super responsive. It’s very spacious! The property was conveniently located close to Raymond James where we were attending a concert, restaurants, Walmart etc. Overall we really enjoy staying here and would rebook.

Spacious Family Home. Close to Everything

The home was very spacious and equipped with additional household items. It was a very pleasant surprise! This was a family trip for a graduation and the size and parking was perfect for a large family. Everything was clean inside and outside. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay again!

House was large with plenty of room for a large group. We had 10 including family and friends for concert at Raymond James. A 15-20 minute walk from stadiumNo complaints, would stay again.

Great home

Everything posted on this listing is accurate. The home was clean and comfortable with more than enough space for everyone. Very close to the stadium and international mall. The host even accommodated an early check in. The beds were super comfy. There is nothing negative I could say about this home, we will definitely book again.

Graduation Weekend

This house worked out great for my daughter’s graduation weekend. Twelve family members traveled together. This property fit all of us and gave us room to hang out together. It looks exactly like the listing. Just what we needed.

Plenty of room downstairs

This place was nice for our group. Downstairs area was huge washer/dryer was a bit loud but other than that everything did the job for us and our stay! Clean bathrooms and living space. Beds were very comfy

We had a mixed reaction to this house. On the one hand, it was as pictured but it lacked a lot of refinements one might expect. Basic things such as towel racks for bath towels, a coffee table on which to put drinks while watching TV, bedside tables (only two of the bedrooms had bedside tables, and a lack of bureaus in bedrooms which meant we needed to live out of our suitcases (although there was a lot of space for hang-up clothes. Closet doors were missing, the dining room table had a corner floating (unsupported by the frame) which led to drinks nearly spilling several times when a person leaded on that side of the table. Two of the dining room chairs were missing tabs on the bottom of the chairs so the chairs rocked back and forth. The kitchen had three can openers although only one actually opened cans. The pots/pans were scratched, some were bent (which made cooking more challenging), and the handles on several were loose. The tiles in the dining room area had a number of chips - not a problem but didn't help with the appearance esthetic. I could go on.On the positive side, the host was contacted about a lack of kitchen towels (he said there were two but none were found) and a lack of blankets on all but one bedroom and was responsive, buying and sending over several sets of new kitchen towels and some blankets (throw blankets rather than full-size blankets that fit beds but the intent was there).This residence has a lot of potential but still needs refinement

Great location and stay

The house was beautiful and while things weren't perfect the host was quick to respond and remedy any small issues. The location is ideal if you're looking for easy access to all of the surrounding areas of Tampa.
