Friends and family can spread out in the comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. Enjoy six TVs and four DVD players throughout the house, as well as the conveniences of free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a two-car garage. The unbeatable location of Townhome 1510 makes it easy to take advantage of fantastic community amenities that include a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter ski shuttle.

After a day on the mountain, sleep soundly in four bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the same level features a Restoration Hardware twin bunk bed, a double sofa bed, and an en suite bathroom. The lower-level third bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and en suite bathroom. You'll also find a half-bathroom on the main living level. If work calls when you’re in Steamboat, there is a fully equipped office space in the loft.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Apres Burger Bistro, the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

During ski season, our shuttle services will take you to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife, and other area activities.
The pool and hot tub facilities are closed from mid-April to Memorial Day, and from October to the week of Thanksgiving.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
