We booked this condo over other ones because it said it had a pool, hot tub and sauna year round. Those ammenaties close in September. We paid a lot of money to go to the town hot springs since we were traveling with kids and promised them a pool. The hosts stopped communicating after they said they would give us a partial refund, they still have not followed through with that and our stay was almost a month ago. False advertising, and parking is not great.

The building management recently changed their rules and unexpectedly closed the amenities for the season in September, and we apologize that this was not updated on our listing prior to your arrival. We completely understand how frustrating that is, especially when you have promised your kids a pool. However, we do need to gently correct the record regarding our communication and your refund. We never stopped responding to your messages and have a record of our ongoing correspondence with you throughout this issue. Furthermore, the partial refund we promised was indeed processed and successfully issued to your original payment method. If you are having trouble locating those funds, we recommend reaching out to the booking platform or your bank, as the transaction has already been fully completed on our end. We appreciate your feedback regarding the parking and will work to make our arrival instructions even clearer for future guests. We hope your family still managed to have a nice time at the town hot springs, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

Went in the Fall. Perfect location for seeing all the Colors. Townhouse perfect setup for 3 couples to each have there own bedroom on each floor with walkin showers.

Nice condo with high end furnishings. Clean and reasonably well equipped; lacked some basic amenities like dish washer soap, appliance (climate controls) instructions and basic tv operation.Check in was NOT effortless. Required extensive verification of renter (me) who has rented with VRBO many times. Passcode supplied for front door was wrong; corrected with no hint of apology. Living room seating awkward for a group of six adults.Bathtub drain in lower bedroom was clogged.So, hard to give five star rating with above items.

We loved the chalet and all its terrific features. Four good sized bedrooms included a superior master suite and every room contains a very comfortable king sized bed. A sizable living/family on the second floor made for a comfortable gathering area conducive to fun and family connections. Also on the second floor is a decent sized kitchen with an excellent stove and oven setup that home cooked meals were easy to prepare on. Close proximity to the mountain base that took about 10 minutes to navigate was welcomed by all. If you didn’t want to walk you could ride the shuttle that comes through the neighborhood. If not the best, one of the best rentals we have ever used. It had a very positive impact on our family gathering.

Steamboat Ski Weekend

Nicest place ever. Shuttle to mountain picks up right at the tennis court. Minor nits: dishwasher handle is loose and needs to be fixed. No kitchen sponges or towels. Odd items not have in a rental. Overall gorgeous place that can comfortably accommodate four couples.
