It is a single-story, independent, functional, and comfortable living space. - Living area including: - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer), - Lounge area (TV, DVD player, fiber optic internet connection). - 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed). Shower room (walk-in shower), WC. Utility room (washing machine). Beds made upon arrival, towels and linens provided. Optional cleaning service available for a stress-free departure. Heating INCLUDED (heat pump/reversible air conditioning included). Southeast-facing terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, 2 sun loungers. Foosball table. Unfenced grounds. Owners' farm 300 meters away. 15km from St Palais and Mauléon, 20km from St Jean-Pied-de-Port, an old connected pebble barn in a preserved natural setting with "all-inclusive" services
