Old stone barn, completely renovated, in the middle of the meadows of a mountain farm (cows and sheep). Gîte accessible to disabled people. Single storey. Independent, functional and pleasant to live in. Living room including equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer), lounge area (TV, DVD player, fiber). 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed). Shower room (Italian shower), toilet. Cellar (washing machine). Beds made for your arrival, bathroom and household linen provided, cleaning included. Heating Reversible air conditioning heat pump included. South-East facing terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, 2 sun loungers. Swing and table football. Unfenced land.
