We were in town for a wedding at the Preserve so we chose this spot because it was so close. Enjoyed the home and its beautiful view of the river. There was a smell in the air but we heard from locals that it was coming from the Canyon Lake Dam. My in laws were very pleased with amenities…especially the access to river from the backyard…beds were very comfortable and did not want to get out of them but with the sound of the river flowing we were glad we did.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! 😊 We’re so glad the location was perfect for the wedding and that your family enjoyed the home, river views, amenities, and those extra-comfy beds! We also appreciate you mentioning the temporary odor. This can occur seasonally in the Canyon Lake area during the lake’s natural turnover near the dam and is not related to the home or septic system. Thankfully, it is temporary and typically resolves as lake conditions change. We’re so happy you were still able to enjoy the beautiful river access and sounds of the water, and we’d love to host you and your family again! ❤️

Great location and the bedrooms were nice. Really enjoyed the kitchen space. Was beautiful in the fall and would be fabulous during warmer weather. The place was clean but a little dusty- that's our only critique!
