This waterfront property sits on a small bluff above the Toccoa River, with direct river access,! There are incredible views of the river! A straight on view overlooks one of the five federally protected fish traps on the Toccoa River, with a partial view of the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway as it crosses the property in the warmer months. Off to the left there is a beautiful down river view as it gracefully curves through the mountains. The cascading outdoor deck has been designed to accentuate the views and creates an incredible outdoor space for relaxing, reading a book or just taking a nice nap as you relax in nature. A fire pit area has been incorporated into the deck design, overlooking the river.

The interior of the cabin was refurbished and professionally decorated in 2020 and features a Cabin Chic design - including a little glam - with custom design features not found in other river cabins.
MAIN LEVEL:
• Kitchen features a fridge, stove, microwave, and a stainless steel dishwasher, with a granite counter-top, and farmhouse design features.
• Living room has a sectional couch, Smart TV, cowhide rug, gas log fireplace set, with lots of lighting, accented by a large chandelier.
• Dining area features a farmhouse table and chairs, highlighted with a graceful chandelier and light window treatments
• Main bathroom features a rustic vanity with granite counter-top, chic rustic lighting, private toilet room and full tub and shower combo.
• Main bedroom is cozy and romantic, adorned with a cherry wood California King bed with a luxurious pillow top mattress. The fresh linens with lots of pillows, accentuated by a Cabin Chic lighting package of rose gold light fixtures, including a fandelier and finished off with upcycled nightstands and a dresser. This room is light and bright, yet perfect to curl up in for a good night's sleep!
LOFT LEVEL:
• The two sectioned loft features a reading nook and office area on one side, complete with internet. A reclaimed whitewashed wood wall highlights this area with lots of light.
• The other side is a Master Suite and is one of the most unique spaces in our log cabin! There is a feature wall of 1880’s galvanized steel roof shingles, a cream, high headboard California King bed with a luxurious pillow top mattress, fresh linens, and lots of pillows. Light window treatments, a glam convertible light/ ceiling fan with Austrian crystals create a nice breeze. Crack the windows to hear the rushing river water as you relax in this one of a kind space. The master bath is attached, with a little bit of bling and tin added to enhance the romance of this room. As an added bonus, we've recently added an oversized white curtain that can be closed to add extra privacy to this beautiful space. It adds to the Cabin Chic décor, while being a feature not found in other cabins with loft bedrooms.
BASEMENT LEVEL:
• A newly remodeled bedroom and bathroom featuring a Queen reclaimed wood bed, with whitewashed reclaimed wood walls in both the bedroom and detached bathroom. Gorgeous linens atop a Temperpedic mattress and a mini chandelier round out the Cabin Chic look.
The HOT TUB , is just outside the exterior bedroom door of the basement bedroom along with an outside sitting area with beautiful views of the river!
• Game room with a Shuffleboard table, Poker and card table, board games and a corn hole game for the outside deck!.

Max - 6 people, counting ALL children & babies. Not recommended for children under the age of 5. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO FIREARMS!

This property is currently For Sale, however, we do not allow showings when our cabin is booked.
