The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave towels in the tub/shower.
Place trash in the trash bins in the wooden container to the left of the house. Please ensure the wooden container is locked at all times.
Leave sheets and comforters/blankets on the beds, and leave the beds unmade
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned.
No flushable wipes or paper towels are allowed to be flushed down the toilets. Any toilet paper brought by Renter must be septic safe.
No food or waste down any drain.
