Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out all garbage from kitchen and bathrooms. Empty the fridge. Take all used linens off the beds and place on top of beds. All dirty dishes in the dishwasher with it running prior to leaving.
Place all used towels in the laundry room/bathroom. Put all furniture back into original location. Set thermostat to 75 AC upon departure in Summer and 62 Heat upon departure in Winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Prior to departure, take out garbage from kitchen and bathrooms. Take all used linens off the beds and place on top of beds.

Prior to departure, load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and begin the wash cycle.
