Perfekte Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht!

Sehr netter Vermieter und sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Der Balkon und die Dachterrasse sind herrlich. Die Wohnung war kleiner als gedacht und eignet sich für maximal 4 Personen, sie ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet aber die Einrichtung insbesondere die Küche ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, dass ist aber wohl ein allgemeines Problem. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben was mit kleinen Kindern, älteren Personen oder Hund beschwerlich ist. Trotz allem hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt dort, dank der wunderschönen Dachterrasse und des schönen Balkons der zum Essen hervorragend ist.

Bonjour Tanja, merci de votre bon commentaire et ravis que l'appartement vous ai plu. L'appartement que vous avez loué est en effet un appartement donc dans une copropriété et dans une impasse calme mais avec des voisins ou d'autres vacanciers qui profitent eux aussi de leurs vacances....L'appartement est en effet loué pour 4 personnes , il y a 2 chambres avec 1 lit double en 150 et la climatisation dans chacune. L 'appartement fait 57 m2 + 43 m2 de terrasse. il a 2 terrasses privées l'une sur le toit 35m2 l'autre face au grand canal 8 m2 : Avec une terrasse sur le toit l'appartement est donc bien au 2eme et dernier étage , il y a donc en effet 2 étages à monter, donc malheureusement difficile en fauteuil ou avec un déambulateur je vous l'accorde ! Mais quelle joie de voir la mer et la baie de rosas dans le Jacuzzi sur la terrasse...La rénovation de l'appartement sera en effet achevée en janvier avec l'installation d'une nouvelle cuisine... Celle actuelle n'est pas neuve mais hyper équipée et fonctionnelle...four , MO ,Cafetière Nespresso congélo presse agrume Plaque induction etc....Les terrasses et le bord de mer font que les Goélands et mouettes oublient de nettoyer leur fiantes, quels coquins ! Malgré le nettoyage cela peut revenir sans prévenir c'est les joies de la Mer ! Au plaisir d'un prochain séjour Amicalement Corinne &Arnaud

Annonce conforme. Appartement conforme à l annonce. Propriétaire disponible et à l écoute. Le service de conciergerie non disponible le dimanche en cas de besoin ce qui oblige à bien vérifier que tout fonctionne sinon rien ne sera fait avant le lundi au mieux. Nous avons fait les frais des précédents occupants non respectueux des lieux.. 5 étoiles pour le reste GK

Great off-season stay!

We stayed in this apartment for four weeks in November/December and really loved it. The furnishing is cozy so we enjoyed staying inside on bad weather days (smart TV with streaming options for Netflix etc.). The kitchen is very well equipped and we found everything we needed for cooking at home. The available WiFi is working great which was important for us as we had to work quite a bit during our stay. Although we were there during winter season we were able to use the jacuzzi on the roof top and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the city. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the beach which was just perfect for our dog. The owners Corinne & Arnaud were very friendly and always available to answer any of our questions before and during our stay. We really felt at home during the four weeks and would definitely come back here!
