******If you’re looking for a party house THIS house isn’t for you. I wanted to make this very clear as I respect my neighbors. ******* please read the rules before booking.

Another rare Scottsdale Suite Retreat vacation rental to enjoy! This beautiful resort style home is everything you will want to be at while on vacation. This is our 3rd vacation home added to the portfolio of homes so rest assure we know what we are doing to keep guests coming back. Close to the Mayo Clinic & TPC Golf too & Dessert Ridge! A short drive to Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter is minutes away. Close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants! Only 25 minutes drive to "Old Town & Camelback hiking, Spring training baseball, & nightlife. Tons of World Class Golf Courses to chose from. 23 minutes to Sky Harbor airport.

Situated on a culdesac with walking trails along 56th. From the minute you pull into the driveway you'll feel right at home! This single story home is very spacious as soon as you step right inside. The informal Living Room has 3 large TV screens so you'll never have to miss watching the games! Enjoy bringing back some fun memories playing on the table top arcade game or challenge friends to a game of foosball.

Show off your cooking skills in the chef's kitchen. Everything down to the spices & coffee is provided. The home is fully stocked with a blender, juicer, toaster down to the mixer for baking. Have a meal at the large formal dining room or breakfast nook area. If you think the living room is a hit for the family, check out the large Family room! Extra deep sectional sofa and cuddle up reading a book next to a cozy fireplace w/ a 65" flat screen that will make you not want to get off the sofa. Better yet, make a cocktail at the bar area while rooting for your favorite team on TV.

There are 3 TV's in the Living room. 1 TV in the Family room. 1 TV in the Master Bedroom & 1 TV out in the backyard patio.

The home has a Brand New dual AC units to keep the whole house cool year round. We added a new "baja deck" inside the pool with deep in-pool ledge loungers. Soothing water features and tons of lounge chairs to soak in the sun. Tons of pool floats, toys and treasures. Child size Life jackets are provided.

For the kids, check out the life size playhouse. This will keep them occupied for hours! Play a life size game of Checkers or Chess! By next year, 2 citrus trees will be full of Blood Oranges & Meyer Lemons to enjoy free juices.

A large Gazebo was added with a firepit table to enjoy long conversations and enjoy the outdoor space. The fun doesn't stop there. If indoor entertainment isn't enough, here's your chance to redeem your BBQ cooking skills and cook up a storm on the extra large BBQ grill and relax outdoors under the patio while watching more TV or cherish some memories surrounded by friends and families.

We believe in turning a home into a memorable experience that you'll end up cancelling plans and just stay at home. Unfortunately this home does not allow parties as we respect our neighbors and enjoy living in a peaceful, happy neighborhood.

Need an Lyft/Uber driver to pick you up from the airport? We have a dedicated driver available (must be scheduled in advance).

We love our fur babies however this property does NOT allow any pets.
Please review the rules/policy and make sure this is the home for you as we don't want any miscommunications. Absolutely NO Parties allowed. We love our neighbors and like to keep it this way.

There are exterior cameras. (A front doorbell, front driveway, backyard pool area) they are there to protect my home. Covering up the camera w/o authorization will result in terminating your stay and you will be asked to leave w/o any refunds. If you are not comfortable knowing of this. We had a fantastic experience at the McLaren house. The host was overly accommodating, and incredibly fast to respond. The location of the house was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. We didn't utilize the house nearly to the degree we could have - it has a lot to offer that we just didn't have time to take advantage of. We would stay at this residence again.

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed everything in this beautiful home. The back yard space was our favorite and we used it all. Our grandbaby loved the place house, the large chess/checker board and of course the pool. Our host was quick to response when we had a question.

Fun and Easy Trip

Medical trip

We came to Scottsdale for a consult at Mayo Clinic. Stacy's home was the perfect choice. It was a mile from Mayo so we could walk back and forth. And it felt like a vacation! Beautiful home and the backyard with the pool was lovely and relaxing. Just what we needed! Would definitely come back with family.

Great weekend getaway

Everything was a 10/10. The only down side was the pool couldn’t be heated up this weekend, but the owner is going to give some sort of credit/refund. The layout was PERFECT for football, several TVs, great AC, beautiful backyard, good location. Highly recommend.

Perfect family get-away!

We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this house. We traveled with our three teenagers and each of them brought a friend with. There was plenty of space and the patio, backyard, and pool were a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and warm weather. Communicating with Stacy was easy and she was super responsive to get the heat turned back on for the pool on our last day. If you want fun and relaxing for a few days, this is the place.

Graduation week

My family stayed at your house on 52 N. Street Scottsdale. This was a beautiful home. Plenty big enough for my two older children and and their families. We had wonderful week celebrating our youngest son who graduated from ASU Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. We would recommend this house to all of fraternity families visiting for family weekend or graduations.

Family vacation in Phoenix

I’m so grateful to the hostess for our wonderful family vacation. We had a wonderful, memorable stay. Everything was just perfect for us. The house’s layout & size is great, the furnishings comfortable and tasteful, the kitchen is a dream, the back yard is an oasis.. my granddaughter loved the play house and we all loved the pool, fire pit table and covered patio. Communication with the Stacey, the hostess, was great. She was quick to respond to my questions and the check in and out were seamless and easy. Every member of my family enjoyed our stay there very much.. We will return in the future.

Great Weekend with the guys

Every year my buddies and I are a bunch of old friends who fly from all over the country to meet up for a weekend. We are all dads who are looking for a great spot to relax and have some low key fun. We have struck out on some rentals in the past but this house, when it came to being the perfect spot, it everything and more. The hardest decision we had to make was whether to spend all our time in the back yard (amazing gazebo, pool, and patio set with outdoor tv) or lounge inside with the wildly comfortable couches and enough tv’s for every game that was on! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were great. Stacy was super responsive and hospitable. I highly recommend this house!

Outstanding property

I will start by saying with this property what you see is what you get. The photos do. It deceive and you will. It be disappointed! From the pool to the outdoor Television to the indoor arcade (we loved this) our whole family from 10-18 was entertained. Aside from loving the amenities the house is gorgeous and the beds and couch were actually comfortable!! We have found it hard to find a great rental with both activities and comfort. This house has both!

Not as advertised - unkept property

Unfortunately the pictures and property is not a “Luxury” property as advertised. The house was dirty when we arrived; dirty socks from previous renter, used Kleenex on the floor, hair in bathrooms and shower, floors and fridge were poorly cleaned, bbq filthy, cushions stained, etc… Exterior heater did not work (was replaced 3 days into trip), some of the outdoor chairs were broke, doors on playhouse broke off, pool exterior was broke away, dishwasher did not clean dishes, etc… Had to ask for toilet paper(twice) and paper towel as the bathrooms were not stocked. I reached out to the owner and advised her of the many issues with the house and poor cleaning. At her request, sent many pictures that she was shocked with. Also asked for a broom and vacuum that worked so we could clean a little of what wasn’t. Nothing was provided. She did acknowledge that this was not the standard that her property should be at or that she charges for; however when asked for a partial refund because of the many issues, she declined. Not a penny. She said we could leave early if that suited us best. This was very disappointing as she agreed there was issues with the property. Also paid for a heated pool, however I had to contact her daily to turn up the heat. This seemed very redundant to me. I think the house was amazing at one point, but it shows as a rental property now - heavily used and not well maintained. The pool has good layout. Property location is excellent for what we wanted. The is not a luxury property and therefore very over priced. It’s not as advertised and there are far better properties for the amount being charged. I would not recommend the property if you are expecting clean and well kept.

Amazing Five Star Property

Hands down, this is a Five Star property! We loved everything about the house and would not hesitate to stay here again. The location for us was perfect! The owner went above and beyond for our family. We ran into some traveling issues and she was beyond accommodating! We have rented a lot of houses and this by far was my favorite location, house, and hostess.

Convenient location, great for families with young kids

We absolutely loved this rental. The layout of the home absolutely caters to families with kids and adults looking to unwind. We had 3 kids under the age of 9, and they enjoyed the pool, the outdoor chess set, the games inside when they needed a break from the sun. The property was impeccably clean, and so much about the amenities provided made us feel like most of our needs were anticipated. Personally, I like the fact that there were a lot of "gathering spaces" throughout the property. From the small kitchen nook, the 2 living spaces, the bar area, the dining room, the outdoor living space and the outdoor dining space. It gave us all the flexibility to be as "together" or, on the flip side, indulge in as much "me time" as we wanted. Hope we can come back soon!

I chose this particular home because of the prime location, layout and backyard space. I can transform a regular house.....into a home! Being near the Mayo Clinic was another plus for me. Knowing guests can have close access to the hospital or a quick drive down the street to enjoy golfing. This was like the laid back lifestyle and I knew this was the right purchase.
