The cabin was in great shape, we had an issue with the master bathroom shower, I texted the owner, someone came out that same day to fix it. We enjoyed our visit immensely!
Very clean, beautiful cabin. Nice area. We saw bears every day. Beds were very comfortable. We will stay here again. Host was quick to respond to any questions.
The host was excellent and great with communication! The cabin was beautiful and my family and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first thing we did was welcome a bear! He wasn’t the least bit afraid. The cabin was clean and it was nice to be able to come in and relax! Not having to clean and do laundry was nice.
Great property. VERY comfortable beds! Grass however needed to be mowed/weed eated. The hot tub needs to be in closed due to multiple bears roaming the property. Overall a great stay.
Cabin was very clean and perfect size for our family. Location was excellent. We enjoyed the pool table and arcade games. We would definitely stay here again!
Just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg made this the perfect place for a quick one night getaway. Cabin was easy to access, clean, spacious, good wifi, and excellent hot tub. Will visit again!
Our family (4 adults, 2 kids), really enjoyed this property. It had plenty of space and all of the standard cabin amenities. It was quite close to a variety of destinations and we really enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg.
We had a wonderful stay here! Kim was a great host! The house was exactly as described and quite lovely! It was perfect for our 4 teenagers. Close to everything but far enough away from town to get that "in the mountains" cabin experience. We got the excitement of having a couple of bear visits during our stay which was very thrilling! When we return to this area, we will definitely book with Kim again!
We loved everything about this cabin! Great location just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Very clean, amenities were very nice, and beds were comfortable. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils. Directions were easy to follow, and a grocery store very close without having to fight traffic. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
This cabin was amazing! One of the first vacations where we actually felt relaxed and rested . Clean, all the amenities, and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Will definitely book again!

About the host
Hosted by Kimberly Singh
Hi, I’m Kim. Hosting is personal for me. Our family spends time at Like No Otter, so I’m picky about the details: comfy beds, a spotless kitchen, cozy lighting, and the little extras that make a getaway feel easy. I manage a small collection of places in the Smokies and Orlando, and I scout new ideas whenever I travel. I love interior design, trail days in the park, cheering on basketball, and getting in a good run.
You can count on quick, friendly communication, honest guidance, and local recommendations tailored to your plans. Tell me what would make your trip special and I’ll help you get there. I’m excited to host you and your crew.
Why they chose this property
We wanted the best of both worlds. From this spot you are about one mile to downtown Gatlinburg for the aquarium, shops, and restaurants, yet the cabin backs to quiet woods that feel private and calm. It is the kind of place where you can grab pancakes in the morning, hit a trail or Dollywood during the day, then come back to rocking chairs, a hot tub, and a sky full of stars.
What I enjoy most is how easy everything is. The drive is quick and simple, the driveway is flat with plenty of parking, and you can be at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance in roughly nine minutes. When we stay here as a family we walk into town when the weather is nice, and we love returning to the peace of the trees when the day is done.
Why guests love this area
Close to downtown without the bustle
Fast access to the national park for hikes and scenic drives
Peaceful wooded views from the deck and hot tub
Flat driveway with room for five vehicles
Easy base for everything from breakfast spots to evening attractions
If you have special plans for your trip, tell me what you are hoping to do and I will share favorite routes and local tips.
What makes this property unique
I looked for a place that felt like a true Smokies retreat without giving up convenience. Like No Otter sits about one mile from downtown Gatlinburg, yet the back deck faces nothing but trees. You can grab breakfast in town, be on a trail in minutes, and still come home to quiet, rocking chairs, and a covered hot tub.
The layout is a standout for families and couples traveling together. You get three king bedrooms, each with its own full bath, so everyone has privacy and space to recharge. The game room keeps the fun going with a pool table, a multicade, and a 75" TV, plus its own private deck for morning coffee.
Little things make a big difference here. Cathedral ceilings and cozy lighting in the great room, a real cook’s kitchen with quality tools, and a flat, easy driveway that fits up to five cars. We use the cabin with our own family, so I keep it stocked and cared for like home and I am always close by with local tips.
