Great property in a great location

This is a simply wonderful place to stay, with a great quiet beach within a 5 minute walk and restaurants nearby. We loved it here and had a fantastic holiday.

moderne, schön eingerichtete Villa, sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Agentur jederzeit möglich (sehr hilfsbereit), Hanglage mit toller Aussicht, ca. 30 m über der Insel-Hauptverbindungsstraße (Verkehr zu hören, aber nicht wirklich störend), nächster Strand in fußläufiger Entfernung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Nikiana selbst - ca. 1 km (Villa liegt am Ortsanfang) Entfernung zum Flughafen Preveza entspannte 40 min. mit dem Auto

Amazing view from the villa

The villa is really beautiful with a really amazing view, well equipped with everything you may need. We had some issue wth the shower but the agency has promptly solved it and they were extremely kind satisfying all our wishes and requestes. It has been really a relaxing and wonderful holiday

A magical place

In September 2018 we stayed in this lovely villa with 2 adults and 2 children. The location of the villa is great and offers spectacular views. The quality of the villa is amazing and everything for a fantastic stay is present. What stands out is the personal care and eye for detail offered by Eleni. We can recommend this special place to everyone.

Absolutely superb!! 😃

Spent a week in this fabulous villa following a week sailing. The villa was beyond our expectations, beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want, an amazing view and within walking distance of Nikiana. The owner, Eleni, has been fantastic and went over and above in every aspects and her communication was excellent. We highly recommend this gem of a villa and would be delighted to go back.

Superb Villa and lovely host

We stayed at Zogiana Villa for 2 weeks in August 2018 with our 3 children (17,15,11). The villa is by far the best we have stayed in. Eleni the owner could not have been more helpful from the moment we first booked to right throughout our stay. She met us on the bridge in Lefkada and we followed her in our rental car to the villa, she pointed out supermarkets and activities along the way, then once we had arrived she spent time explaining all we needed to know about the villa and the surrounding area. Eleni had also left some drinks, fruit, fresh bread and essentials to welcome us which was a lovely and welcome touch. The Villa is just perfect - every day one of us would just say how much we loved it! It is beautifully done inside, has a balcony with great views, good sized rooms with plenty of sockets and storage and each with their own bathrooms. Towels were provided for both the bathrooms and the pool and these were changed every 2-3 days when the maid also cleaned the villa. There is air con and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook meals there and there is a big outside barbecue which we used a number of times (Eleni even bought us more charcoal when we text to ask where we could buy more from). The outside area was just as amazing, lovely pool, shaded dining area and sunbathing canopy as well as parasols, all in great condition . The location was great, a 5 minute walk to a beach, wonderful bakery around the corner and its walking distance to the local shops and tavernas in the town as well as being centrally located for touring around the island. The approach to the villa is quite steep which was a bit of a challenge for our hire car but we soon developed a technique! Car hire is a must. We toured all around the island, the coastline is stunning. The fishing port of Sivota was one of our favourites and lots of great places to eat. Nidri was great in the evening and we easily found parking in the evening. We also hired a boat for the day which was great fun and a wonderful way to explore. We always read reviews before we book places but this is the first time we have written one ourselves. We had the most relaxing holiday and we could not fault the villa, we would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to visit Lefkada.

Excellent villa, fantastic location!

We stayed at Villa Zogianna in July 2018. We were a family of 6 (grandparents, parents and children). The villa provides everything you could possibly need and the outside areas are amazing - pool, BBQ, shaded dining, sun loungers, parasols and sunshades all in excellent condition. The views from this area are breathtaking. Eleni, our host, met us and guided us to the villa, explaining all we needed to know about the villa and local area. Throughout our stay she was kind, helpful, always available and obliging. We thoroughly recommend this exceptional villa!

Fantastic holiday, perfect Villa!

After arrival at Preveza Airport, we were met by the wonderful villa owner, Eleni, who took us to her villa, helpfully pointing out sites on the way. The villa was immaculate and perfectly equipped to cover our every need. We have enjoyed a wonderful two week stay in Nikiana, having a car to explore the island has been a real bonus, there are some lovely beaches to explore and we have loved eating out at lots of different Tavernas. Eleni has been the perfect host, always available should we have needed anything. Having cleaners every three days was a great treat! We would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to visit Lefkada, it is in a perfect location and we could not fault the villa.

Wunderschöne Villa, geschmachvoll und modern, vintage eingerichtet, fantastischer Blick

Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen griechischen Ort auf der Insel Lefkada. Das Haus hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Der Pool lädt täglich zum schwimmen ein wobei man den herrlichen Blick auf Meer genießen kann. Die Vermieterin ist Top mit Sternchen, im Vorfeld hat Sie uns viele Tipps für die Anreise gegeben, vor Ort persönlich empfangen und stand für alle Fragen und Ausflugstipps zur Verfügung. Eine Top Unterkunft von der man alle Teile der Insel sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichen kann.

Perfekt

Es ist eine sehr schöne Villa mit allem, was man braucht. Selbst Verbrauchsmaterialien welche wir sonst immer vor Ort selbst erst kaufen mussten, wurden von Eleni zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Villa wurde jeden 3.Tag von 2 Reinigungsdamen geputzt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das war wirklich Luxus! Sogar Marmelade und Margarine stand im Kühlschrank. Pool war groß und auch das abgebildete Obst war vorhanden! Eleni hatte einige Tipps für uns bzgl. Restaurants und Strände. Ein toller, ruhiger Urlaub mit Privatsphäre! Wonderful, elegant villa, perfect place to stay, good restaurants near the villa und perfect beaches, but you need a car to get there! Eleni is a wonderful host and she makes everything perfect. First 2 days during the weekend there was no WIFI, because the telephone cable was broken, but one day later it was fixed! Everything ok and the teenagers happy again. WIFI is available even at the pool outside! Fantastic view to the sea. Villa was cleaned every 3 day, towels and linen were changed! Wonderful place to relax!!! Thank you Eleni for your help!

Zuperb Zogianna

I chose Zogianna for me and my wifes 30th wedding anniversary as we, and our 2 daughters love Greece, who doesn't? We were met with a very warm welcome by the lovely Eleni on the bridge in Lefkada who we followed by car to the villa where things went from good to brilliant. Zogianna is a lovely , smart , modern and beautifully appointed villa with 2 balconies having great views, a good sized private pool , 3 lovely bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great BBQ area outside on the patio as well as a large lounge. You do need to hire a car to get about, and though hesitant about driving on holiday, i found it great to get about and visit the whole of the Island which has stunning beaches, the nearest 200 yards away. We were provided clean towels by the excellent maid who came every 2 or 3 days. The house location could prove difficult for those who have mobility issues as it is up a steep but short hill which proved a challenge in our hire car, but added to the fun as to whether we would make it up, but other than that fantastic, brilliant and absolutely Zuperb!!

The villa itself is the best we have stayed in with high quality furnishings and a lovely pool. The quality air conditioning throughout the villa was most welcome - especially as temperatures hit 44 degrees while we were there. Ereni was a fantastic host - always on hand to help whenever we need it.

Lovely villa, and a fantastic host

A new and modern villa. A fantastic host who helped us come to the villa late at night. The villa was clean and it has very good air condition. All necessary facilities was in place. We were two families with small children who stayed for ten days. The kids loved the place. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa to others!

Beautiful villa in a great location

We stayed at Zogiana Villa for 2 weeks in August with our children (16,14 and 7). We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The villa is beautiful and has everything you will need for a great holiday. The internet reaches out to the pool which made the teenagers happy!! The villa was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every couple of days including clean towels which was lovely. Eleni is a fabulous host and was always on hand by telephone for any enquiries. She spent some time with us when we arrived familiarising us with Lefkada and advising on beaches, bars etc. We hired a car locally and had it delivered to the villa. Eleni spoke to the company for us and directed them to the villa. We visited lots of different beaches and although they were mostly pebble beaches they were all lovely. We walked most nights down to the local port where there are a few restaurants on the beach and a lovely beach bar called NV bar. We ate here a few times the food was always lovely then we sat on sofas looking out to the sea. (Also lively during the day)! We drove to Lefkada and ate in the square and walked along the prom at the front this was lovely too and had a couple of nights in Nydri which gets very busy early evening but we never had a problem parking or finding somewhere to eat. All in all we had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend this villa. Thanks to Eleni for being a wonderful host and looking after us so well before, during and after our holiday.

Amazing villa

We recently spent 11 nights at this villa with our three kids (10, 8 and 6) and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is immaculate, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you need (including wi-fi and air-conditioning) for a great holiday. We spent endless hours enjoying the lovely pool and outside area overlooking the sea. The kitchen was perfectly suited to cooking meals if you want to stay in and there is a big outside barbecue. The villa was serviced regularly throughout our stay (it was cleaned and fresh towels and sheets provided) and we were supplied with a wonderful selection of fresh produce from the garden. The owner, Eleni, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and was easily contactable if we needed any help/advice. The location was great, easy walking distance to a lovely beach (no more than a few minutes) and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to get back another time.

Perfect holidays

Villa Zogianna is simply superb. It can easily accommodate two families (we were four adults and two small children) and there was still plenty room for all of us. The house is nicely furnished and stylish, we felt like at home. Everything was in perfect condition and clean and the housekeeper Georgia did her job perfectly. Also the position of the house is very good - the beach is less than five minutes walk (it is really very close) and it is not far to the village either (2 minutes by car, but can be managed on foot as well). I strongly recommend this place to all those who want calm and nice holidays, who prefer less turistic, yet very authentic place. Lefkada has many beautiful beaches, most of them can be reached in 10-20 minutess by car from the villa. And lastly, I would like to thank Eleni, the owner, who was excellent and helped us make our holidays even better. Without any doubt I would recommend Villa Zogianna and me and my family would like to return there one day.

Great stay!

We were very impressed about this place and especially about the owner, Eleni, a very nice lady always ready to help. The description matches 100% the reality, has all the facilities anyone could wish for, it is very clean and very suitable for 2 families with one child each. We already recommend it to all our friends and we hope we will stay again someday in this beautiful villa.
