About this property

Hudson Valley Yearly Rental- Hudson New York

I named my home Pallet House because when I purchased the property in 2018 it was full of old wood pallets. I love redesigning, renovating and decorating old homes that have potential so this was a fun project. The end result is a beautifully and furnished ( I am a professional interior designer), small two bedroom home with all new systems (heat and central air, new septic, well pump and water softener system), one bathroom with heated floors( shower only) and a fenced in yard. The house is a great location- 12 minutes from Hudson and 6 minutes to the Taconic Parkway, art galleries, antique stores, farm stands and great walks and hikes. This is yearly rental only.

This is a newly renovated home ( 2020) and a great escape from New York City. The house is located 6 minutes from The Taconic State Parkway and less than two hours from New York City. The house is safe, quiet and a lovely retreat from city life.
