This charming villa with guest suite welcomes up to 10 people and is within walking distance of the PGA Catalunya Resort, where golf enthusiasts will find two magnificent golf courses, including the Stadium Course voted the best in Spain, one of the five best of the continent Europe, and considered among the best 100 fields in the world. The exterior of the villa has a large garden equipped with sun loungers, a summer dining room, garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a private pool for a refreshing swim after a day of golf.





The 4 bedrooms are distributed as follows and one of them has direct access to the pool:



(1) two double beds = 4 people

(2) one double bed = 2 people

(3) two single beds = 2 people

(4) 1 double bed, direct access to the pool and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom is in a separate suite from the main villas and houses one of the full bathroom. Ideal for families that wish for a bit more privacy for their guests!



Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for 10 people, as well as a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, washing machine, and other appliances.



The house has all the installations necessary for a comfortable stay including WiFi, a television, and heating during the winter months (for an additional supplement).
