For rent house of 85m2 with great amenities, completely renovated enjoying an ideal location, close to Port Haliguen, the beaches of the bay and the tip of Conguel. The town center is 1km away.
It comfortably accommodates 5 people with a large bright living room on the ground floor as well as a bathroom, a separate toilet, a 60m2 exterior with a large garden furniture and an electric plancha, 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included.
All equipment is new and top of the range with a fully integrated and equipped kitchen:
- Traditional oven / steamer, microwave
- Induction plate and wall hood
- Integrated fridge/freezer
- Built-in dishwasher
- electric filter coffee maker and a Nespresso with capsules
- Kettle, toaster, juicer...
- Big screen TV
- Washing machine, ironing board and iron
Upstairs, the bedding is new and of high quality.
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90X190cm
- 1 large bedroom with a King size bed 160x200cm.
- a bathroom with bath, sink and suspended toilet
For your comfort, a cooling fan is available. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a closet. A child barrier is available on one of the single beds.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.

Très bonne location, emplacement idéal
Location très bien équipée et très propre. La literie est confortable, la décoration très jolie. Emplacement idéal pour aller au centre ville à pied, petit jardin agréable. Je recommande d'autant que le propriétaire est très sympathique.

Komfortabel, modern, geräumig
Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in Kêr Trimaran sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist stilsicher und modern eingerichtet, alle Geräte sind auf dem technisch neuesten Stand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ebenso die Terrasse (mit Grill). Es gibt zwei Bäder mit Dusche bzw. Badewanne und WC.
Pascal und Natalie waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Unsere Anfragen wurden schnell, zuverlässig und umfassend beantwortet.
