Offering an expansive 1,950 square feet of living space with lofty ceilings and views of the surrounding mountains, this condo at Main Street Station provides all the comfort, convenience, and ambience you need for a truly memorable retreat to Breckenridge.

You'll be ideally positioned within steps of the Peak 9 base area at Breckenridge Ski Resort and the bustling hub of Main Street, allowing you to walk home each afternoon to cozy up by the fire, kick back on the balcony, or prepare meals as a family in the open kitchen. Enjoy use of a spacious outdoor swimming pool, multiple hot tubs, and a fitness center on the grounds of the property, as well as a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and snow socks each evening. You're sure to have a restful night's sleep in one of the four comfortable bedrooms - a primary bedroom and three guest bedrooms.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 a short walk from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfection

Breckenridge Summer Family Visit
We enjoyed a wonderful visit in late June. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and well kept. Having a parking spot downtown for the whole trip was very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Family vacation
We had a very nice time in Breckenridge. The condo was exactly as described and accommodated our family well. The only issue we had was street noise. Since windows had to be open due to no air conditioning, the noise from Main Street could be a bit loud at times. We enjoyed the pool and the nearby walking trails and many shops and restaurants that were all walking distance from the condo.

Loved our stay at The Vascasa property. The location was perfect. Unit was plenty big fir 6 adults and 2 kiddos. Walking distance to almost everything the Breck offers. Would definitely come back!
