Peaceful Mountain Lodge is a beautiful, fully renovated, inside and out, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home that sleeps up to 11 guests. Located on a quiet street in the idyllic Christie Heights neighborhood on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, this home is a perfect combination of sophistication and kid-friendly mountain charm. It's located a short stroll to the free ski shuttle on Ski Hill Road, a 10 minute walk through the woods to the Shock Hill Gondola stop and a 15 minute walk into the heart of Breckenridge. You can walk across the street to access the miles of Nordic center cross country ski and snowshoe trails.
There is tons of hiking and mountain biking from right outside the front door. Peak 8 is home to world class skiing in winter and to the Breck Summer Fun Park and Gold Runner Roller Coaster and much more in summer. It's location is perfect for outdoor winter and summer fun.
Amenities:
The home has been lovingly renovated with new hardwood floors, new carpet and designer furnishings. It features two separate living areas with gas fireplace and wood burning fireplace options. The flow of the home lends itself to peaceful reading nooks and large common areas for group fun. There are three eating areas--the dining room, eat-in kitchen and kitchen bar area. The kitchen is well stocked with high end cooking gear and serving pieces. The upstairs 4 bedrooms allow for privacy and features 3 full baths. The lovely outdoor deck and backyard features a brand-new hot tub, a firepit, a gas grill and plentiful outdoor dining space in a wooded setting. The 3 car garage allows for 2 cars to be parked inside; the third bay is a large sitting area for putting on and taking off ski boots and for ski and boot storage. There is also a boot warmer for toasty feet! The large driveway easily allows for 4 additional cars.

o Bedroom 3 has Queen mattress and Twin mattress loft-bed combination and sleeps up to three. The loft has a twin mattress (3'3" wide and 6'3" long) and a bookshelf and reading light and can support a child or adult (or both).
o Bedroom 4 has King mattress.
o Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom off the hallway between the rooms with a shower/tube combination.
MAIN FLOOR
o The quiet sleeping nook off of the laundry room on the main floor has a privacy screen and the laundry room has a privacy door to allow for adequate physical and sound separation from the living area. The trundle bed is decorated as a couch by day and has two twin mattresses (3'3" x 6'3") which open side by side, creating a sleeping area the size of a King mattress (6'6" x 6'3").
