The apartment was as described and the contact waa good too. Question were answered fast. The kitchen is well equipped and the AC was very useful.

Amazing host, perfect for a longer stay

Eddie was a fantastic host, who was quick to respond and helped out whenever he could. The house was lovely, homely and quiet and you had everything you needed (appliance wise) for a longer stay. In terms of what would could be improved, it would be great to have a guest handbook with info on the local area (nearest hospital, good coffee shops, where to park etc etc) and it would have been good to know ahead of time that there wouldn't be any household goods (kitchen, cleaning etc). Otherwise, it was perfect!

Good Location

The apartment was for the most part, very comfortable. It was clean, quiet, and within walking distance to many good restaurants. The bedroom was upstairs, where the shower also was, but the bathroom ( toilet) was downstairs. Probably not a great choice for anyone who gets up during the night and needs to use the bathroom a lot. I expected the apartment to come with toilet paper and soap, but there was no soap, and only 1/4 of a roll left in the bathroom. We needed to go to the store and buy toilet paper and soap. Wasn't too much of a big deal. One of the main reasons we booked this place was that it had parking. When we arrived I contacted the host as to where we needed to park. We parked where he told us, and to be fair, there were many others that parked there also. The next day there were no cars parked there and our rental car was gone. The car was towed away by the police. Apparently it was illegal to park there. It cost us just under $200 to get the car back and then pay to park in a garage. The host was upset and said everyone has always parked there. I asked the police, and they said there is No parking at all on that street. I believe the host was honest and did not know you couldn't park there, but I do feel it was not my fault and should be reimbursed the money it cost us to get the car back. We are in the process of dealing with this. This definitely made the last part of our trip stressful. But for the most part, the apartment was very nice.

Très bon séjour

Nous venons de passer une belle semaine à 4 dans ce logement. Logement propre, moderne, aménagé avec goût. Le petit plus, machine à glaçon, climatisation (même dans la chambre à l'étage) , sèche cheveux, internet et Netflix. Et hôte très réactif et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Merci Eddie.

Eddie est très réactif dans ses échanges et nous a fait bénéficier d'un logement idéal, très calme et bien positionné. Convient à l'accueil de 4 adultes (2x2 couchages)
