This exceptionally spacious home is located in the very desirable area of Olde Ferry Estates located on the main lake on a private cul-de-sac.

Vista Pointe has everything you might need or want and much more.

The entire 3,300 sqft house has recently been refurnished and beautifully decorated. A large private dock at twelve feet deep... dock complete with a jump platform. and a small sandy beach line. Included in the rental are 2 kayaks, a paddle board and a five person paddle boat. The boat house is stocked some fishing gear kayak paddles and plenty of life vests in various sizes many noodles and lake floats.

The lake has an abundant supply of crappie, bream, large mouth bass and catfish. The property also comes with a special guest fishing permit that allows guests to fish from the dock or shoreline without needing an individual fishing license!
You can utilize the cleats for easy boat tie-off with bumpers WE DO NOT SUPPLY USE OF THE BOAT LIFTS AND OR COVERED INDIVIDUAL BOAT SLIP AT DOCK. The Marina is a fifteen minute drive or five minutes by boat for easy rentals or to launch.

Main floor features a beautiful open floor plan with magnificent hardwood floors throughout. A formal dining space, a large inviting beautiful living room that has a 55 inch mounted Smart TV.
A beautiful master suite with a spectacular view of the lake features a 55 inch TV, a king size bed, large walk-in closet and an amazing large bathroom featuring a double vanity, large jetted tub and a private stand up shower. The large open kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking memorable meals. It is complete with a beautiful farm table, as well as, a screened-in porch with a table and seating, all with a magnificent view of the water. A half-bath and a large laundry room can be found right off the kitchen.

if you are staying with us for an extended time and would like maid service it can be provided at an additional cost.
