High quality, very spacious, independent, two bedroom apartment (82m2) that sleeps up to 4. Lower level of villa. Private pool and Jacuzzi.
Walking distance from village centre with restaurants. 10 min drive to Valbonne and Roquefort les Pins villages that have many bars, restaurants and shopping. 25 min from Nice Airport and closest beaches. Mountain views. TV (French/English) and Fibre Internet via WiFi.

Perfect, relaxing vacation

Mark and Louise are perfect hosts, always helpful with valuable advices for restaurants, trips to small villages (e.g. Gourdon or St. Paul de Vence) and beautiful beaches. Their house is simply awesome: the cleanest pool you can imagine, a beautiful garden and a lovely apartment with excellent AC and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Le Rouret is a beautiful small village and a very good starting point for trips to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Menton, etc. or to lovely beaches... We enjoyed every moment of our vacation - except the moment we had to leave ;-) 100% recommendation for this awesome location!

Wonderful!!!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property was perfect - modern, clean, everything worked! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking when eating in - and Mark and Louise provided a very thoughtful welcome pack for us. Outside the property was there is plenty of space for eating, our children enjoyed the table tennis and of course, the wonderful pool. Finally I have to mention Mark and Louise. Right from the when we booked the communication was excellent and they made us feel so welcome on arrival. They were clear that they try to be as 'present' as you want them to be - so are happy to help with local knowledge etc, but equally happy to leave you to it - they will take your lead. Thank you so much for a wonderful week. The only bad thing was that we didn't stay longer!! :-)

Our stay at le Rouret

Dear Mark and Louise, First of all a big shout out to both of you! From start to end you made our stay pleasant and perfect. At our arrival Mark warmly welcomed us and gave us a quick tour through the appartment. After a 16 hour drive the starter pack was more than welcome ;). The appartment is very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Two bedrooms (including airconditioning) and two bathrooms witch was perfect for 2 couples. The swimmingpool, jacuzzi and pingpong table are brilliant, we definitely made a lot of use of them :). We loved our morning coffees and apero in the loungearea. The view and the big garden with the olivetrees are also absolutely stunning! Mark and Louise gave us all the privacy we needed. We enjoyed the daily chats and they helped us in the best ways possible (showing us nice beaches, restaurants, villages, parkingarea's etc). The location is also excellent, it's a peaceful area but Cannes is a 30 min drive, Nice is a 40 min drive, Valbonne and Grasse are a 15 min drive. So there is lots to do! Thanks again for having us. We really made the most out of this holiday, it was brilliant! André & Daphne Pieter & Caroline

Une superbe propriété, parfaitement entretenue et équipée

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Rouret dans la propriété de Mark et Louise, au calme de l'arrière pays grassois. L'organisation indépendante et la taille du logement, la qualité des équipement extérieurs et du jardin, sans oublier l'attention constante mais toujours discrète de nos hôtes, nous ont permis de nous sentir totalement chez nous et de profiter pleinement de tout le confort de cette belle propriété. Par ailleurs celle-ci est très bien située pour explorer les nombreux sites de cette belle région.

Wonderful apartment in a dream of a garden

We were heartly welcomed by our hosts after a long journey and surprised by ready-to-use cooled beer and wine in our refrigerator. The apartment was very well equipped, nicely decorated and located in an well-kept large garden rich in flowers. We also enjoyed the private pool and jacuzzi very much. The patio was a beautiful place for breakfast and in the evening we relaxed in the new lounge area. Everything was very clean and ready to use - even the Weber grill. Our hosts also did not forget to give us tips about beautiful villages, markets and beaches. So, it was villa experience, but the cost of an apartment. We will definitely come back!
