Bring the family to this home with lots of character and room for Havasu fun! Sleep comfortably in the large bedrooms and extra beds (queen sleeper and full futon) in the living area of the main house, and jacknife queen couch on ground floor of detached casita).
Circular driveway for off-street parking and space for 3+ cars. Main home has entertainment bar, sunken fireplace, den, living room, kitchen nook, dining area, screened Arizona room with games, and indoor laundry room. Attached casita/apartment has fully-stocked efficiency kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 2-burner hot plate, large toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, and microwave. 1 large bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with showers. Fenced backyard with gas BBQ, hot tub, horseshoe pit, and covered seating area can be accessed by both house and casita. Home has screened-in Arizona room with chairs for extra seating, sports balls, cornhole game, and mini ping-pong table.
