Superb 4-room apartment of about 100m2 and its 3 terraces, close to the market of Sainte-Anne by the sea. It is the ideal location for your holidays. On a clear day, you will enjoy an exceptional view of Marie-Galante, La Désirade, Les Saintes, Basse-Terre.

The apartment consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite with its shower room and toilet, an additional independent shower room, as well as a separate toilet. It is equipped with a fitted American kitchen opening onto a dining room and a large living room extended by its terraces.
You only have to cross the road to enjoy the beach.

Tout s'est fait par messagerie et boîte à clés.Le logement est très spacieux et très bien situé. Cependant les équipements sont moyens (les baies s'ouvrent avec difficulté ou ne ferment pas, une douche ne fonctionne pas, le micro onde est inutilisable car sale...) le nettoyage de la cuisine laisse à désirer '
