About this property

Luxury home/private pool! Wifi, High end kitchen! 4 King beds!

Everyone knows the three most important rules about real estate...Location, location, location. This 4 bedroom luxury home with 100 ft wide canals is located in Key Colony Beach and is only a two minute boat ride from the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. No long idle transits to get to where you want to go. The home is new with high end finishes, furniture and appliances. Other than location, what’s the most important thing you want in a Florida Keys vacation home?...Outdoor living and entertainment area of course. This home has a one of the largest covered outdoor living spaces you’ll find (approximately 2000 sq ft). We just installed a complete outdoor kitchen with a premium stainless steel bar and grill. It also has a 65 inch HD TV (great for watching sports while grilling the freshly caught fish). Recently added curtains now give the outdoor living room suite more privacy and shading. Two large umbrellas around the pool and dining area provide additional shade. No vacation home would be complete without a heated/chilled swimming pool to handle your whole crew. An outdoor shower for those of you who like to be closer to nature. Separate guest quarters downstairs by the pool (Cabana) with it’s own kitchen, bathroom, a king bed and sleeper sofa. 2 suites upstars with king beds. The 3th bedroom has two extra long twin beds made up as a king but can be separated into two single beds upon request. All bedrooms have HD TV’s with a 70 inch OLED HD TV in the living room. For a cozy feeling inside we recently installed a custom electric fireplace and mantle. On the upstairs deck, electric controlled blinds provide both privacy and shade. The western exposure gives us beautiful sunsets. Thank you very much for your interest. We hope you plan your special vacation in our beautiful home.

Spring Break Paradise

Even better than the pictures!!

We were amazed when we arrived. The house is beautiful! It's even better than the pictures. We felt like we were living in luxury. Everything seemed brand new. The pool area is so nice. Great pool with an umbrella. Loved the zero entry section for our 1 & 2 year olds to play in. Also had a lot of outdoor seating areas to relax and have meals.

Key Colony Vacation 2023

The pictures don't do it justice. It is a magnificent property. They thought of everything when they built this house. It was definitely, the nicest house we ever stayed in. A great location on the water in a great neighborhood. We had our kids and grandkids with us and they all enjoyed every minute. The pool was delicious. And our PM's Cindy and Mike could not have been more responsive. Great experience!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

We have rented a lot of vacation homes and this was the best one by far. Loved the house and overall property. We utilized the pool and outdoor space every day. Great to have a frig, freezer, and bathroom so close to the space. It was also nice to have the large shade over the pool to accommodate individuals wanting sun and those who did not. The home is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. All of the bedrooms are very comfortable with ceiling fans. The location is wonderful. Highly recommend Key Colony Inn for dinner; great food and service.

Perfect home for our family

We truly enjoyed our vacation at this property. Beginning with the property manager we had nothing but good experiences. Cindy was attentive to detail and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The house itself was top notch- beautiful design and decor. The location was ideal. INCREDIBLE HOME! Fully stocked. Great location. Clean! Wonderful and helpful owner. The cabana was perfect for an adult couple plus our young four year old on the pull out couch. Two big fridges plus a mini fridge. The beach towels were a big help. There’s a pull out bed plus a high chair. Will be back!

By Far.... Best Property in Key Colony Beach

This house was 100% amazing! Not only is the home beautiful to look at but it literally has everything you would need on vacation, down to all the different charging ports needed for various electronic devices located next to every bed. If I had to come up with one recommendation, it would be that the outdoor kitchen area could use a sink. The location was perfect for Atlantic or Gulf side water access and the dock was great for our 30' Blackfin. I even got to paddleboard the canal almost everyday. Cindy was great to work with and it was a big plus that she lives right down the street. We have already booked for next year. This place is more than can be described and made our first family vacation in the Keys together truly magical.
