Three level waterfront pool home with boat dockage and spectacular sunsets! Enjoy beaches, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, sunsets and water sports. Near great restaurants, seven mile bridge, sea turtle hospital, dolphin research facility and much more. Local airport provides charters and helicopter rides, or fly in on your private aircraft.
Marathon has great offshore fishing, back country fishing, sandbars, golf, and great snorkeling and diving. Family entertainment for all ages.
Bicycles, kayaks, and padlleboard available.

Great Place to Stay

Perfect location house centrally located on a quiet road. The house is great and the view is really amazing. The water toys and fishing gear really added to our experience. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Harbor

Harbor view home is a pleasant place to stay. Grandchildren loved the small pool and all of the sea life we seen off the dock: manatee, jellyfish, snook, sharks, crabs, dolphins and a sea hare! Kitchen was great as we prepared breakfast most mornings at the house! Steve was very nice to work with.

Wedding for a family of five

We chose this property because it was close to sombrero beach where we were getting married with our three kids. They loved the pool and three of us had a fun bike ride. Coffee looking out over the water from the master suite was beautiful and entertaining.We loved it and would stay again.

Excellent home

We really enjoyed our stay. The property has a lot of space. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balconies. The home is in an excellent location. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach and close to grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked. The property manager is quick to respond and great to work with. The duplex is right on the water. There is only a few steps to the boat dock. We have a toddler and there is nothing between the house and the dock to create a barrier. It worked out for us. We just made sure she wore a life jacket or swimmies before she walked out of the door. I just feel like this would be good information for anyone looking to travel with small children. Overall, we loved the house and had an awesome trip.

Great spacious, stocked, and clean home!

We had a group of 6: 4 adults, one almost teen, and one teenager. It was the perfect space for all of us. Bedrooms and kitchen were stocked perfectly with all your needs for a week. There could have been a little more toilet paper/paper towels so we didn't have to run out and get some. The outside was the best part of the vacation and where we spent most of our time. The pool and tiki hut were absolutely great and where we honestly spent most of our time watching all the boats and plenty of dolphin sightings! Three great kayaks. There were three bikes, but not in the greatest condition but definitely usable. One paddleboard and one surfboard (that we do not recommend trying to use as a paddleboard!) The surrounding neighborhood was great, a Publix within walking/biking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and were so pleased with Steve's house! A definite must-stay if you're in Marathon!!!

Great central location.

This property is in a great central location to explore the Keys. We went up to Islamorada for fishing, and to Key West to check out the Dry Tortugas. Visited several state parks (don’t miss Bahia Honda). Thanks for a terrific week!

Loved the porches and outdoor facilities.

We loved the porches, the pool and the tiki hut. We grilled out many times. We could have used more towels. We had one each and with different people bathing at different times, the washer and dryer were going twice a day for towels. If there were double that amount, it would have been better. Overall, it was an excellent property with a killer view of the water and docked boats. Good proximity to Sombrero beach and bicycling to the beach was fun.
