Welcome to Coco Plum on the Bay, your private waterfront single family home in Marathon, FL. You will enjoy a spacious 4-bedroom, 5-Full Bath home on a corner lot that is nearly an acre in size. The property sleeps 10 guests comfortably and has an extensive list of included amenities. The home features a private pool, a 100-ft boat dock with deep water access minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf, gorgeous sunset-views, and lanais with captivating views of Bonefish Bay. You will also have available 3 tandem kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 4 adult bicycles, a hot tub, a ping pong table, an outdoor grill, a basketball hoop, volleyball net, corn hole set, and ample parking for your cars, boat trailer, or recreational vehicle.

Other amenities to enhance your stay include high-speed internet, video arcade game table, and smart TV's with premium cable channels in all rooms. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, cookware, cups, plates, and silverware. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. Rest assure if traveling with smaller children the home has available a pack and play, portable toddler bed, high-chair, and stroller.

The home is conveniently located close to marinas, grocery stores, shops, and a plentiful list of restaurants. The area of Marathon offers a variety of local attractions for all ages including: fishing, local beaches, aquariums, swimming with dolphins, local park, golf, tennis, wake-boarding, and a turtle hospital. You may also wish to spend the day exploring the neighboring keys or relaxing by the water as you take in the stunning views.

Anniversary trip

Had a great time! Plenty of things to do at the house while enjoying the scenery, just not enough time! Definitely got our steps in every day with the stairs. Had an issue with the refrigerator but there was a back up one and they gave us some money back. Great having the bedrooms with the own bathroom

Cousins Trip

Great property with lots to do. Kayaks, paddle boards,games, bikes, fishing from dock, hot tub, beautiful pool, ping pong, volleyball, pickleball. Host was wonderful, easy to work with. Waterfront balconies and patio area. We saw manatees off the dock, pelicans, Caught a variety of fish off the dock. Great weather!

Great property!

Hard to describe the wonderful experience we had here. We loved the pool, kayaks, bicycles and dock. We fished off the dock and caught barracuda, snapper, jack, grunts and a lizard fish. The fish were not large but were easy to catch. We saw dolphins close up and a manatee and its calf swam right under us on the dock.The house was well stocked and comfortable.Great location and easy to get to. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I hope we can get back soon!

Great Family Vacation

Manatee’s, Dolphins and even a sting ray right from the pier! What’s not to like! We had a great family vacation at Cocoa Plum Bay. The home is perfect for large groups, with 4 Large Bedrooms, all with en-suite baths. There is a big kitchen and living area as well as a large covered deck overlooking the water. A great place to sip a cocktail at night, or coffee in the morning. There is a large selection of water toys to use, as well as fishing equipment to fish off the pier. We spent lots of time in the pool area, and even played a few games of volleyball. Had a great time, and hope to be back in the future. Property owner was easy accessible and helpful when needed.

AMAZING VIEWS

I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was its own Paradise all in one property. The views were amazing and so much wildlife to enjoy. Lots of room in the house and very functional. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Lots of games and things to enjoy on the property. Just a wonderful property!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

This was the most awesome vacation. The hosts covered every imaginable amenity, from adults to infants! We did not want for anything and the property is amazing! Family reunion

Great place for our family reunion. This beautiful waterfront home had everything needed for the perfect vacation. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUPs and especially the pool. A great time was had by all 3 generations.

Marathon vacay

The property was beautiful and so many amenities! The owner has you covered for outdoor and indoor activities as well as items you may have forgotten to pack. The game tables were enjoyed by all of the family. I’m glad we chose this home to spend time with the family. The manatee visit at the dock was very exciting too!!

Beautiful property

This is the perfect home for a large family. Lots of space with a perfect location. Very comfortable and updated bedrooms. Lovely views and dock. The pool was perfect. The kids were glued to all of the video games. The house was clean and well stocked. Owner was very prompt to respond. Truly a 5 star property that helped us make some very special memories.

Gorgeous Sunsets

Perfect location on the water at the end of a canal facing westerly. Gorgeous sunsets from the dock and the porch. The provided kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, etc were a big bonus, as you typically need to rent all of these if you stay at other properties. We encountered a couple of problems but Darlene responded very quickly to resolve them. The ground floor is open, the second floor has the 4 bedrooms and the third floor has the living and laundry area. So be prepared for a bit of stair climbing during your stay. We would rent again.

Presented accurately!

Pictures of the property were all accurate and amenities were all as described and pictured. The weather was windy and 60's all but one day, so there were some things we couldn't use or do. Thank heavens we paid to heat the pool, as we used it everyday. We would stay there again in a minute and recommend it to anyone looking at it!

We truly enjoyed our visit!! The house has everything you need. Our children and their spouses really like the bedroom each with a private bath. Plenty of places to hang out together, while still enjoying their privacy when they wanted.

Our most favorite vacation rental!

We've been vacationing in the FL Keys for more than 40 years ~ this house had it all! We were very pleased with the kayaks, bikes, heated pool and hot tub plus numerous electronic games! THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS!! The pier was sensational for sitting around, enjoying the views and the amazing sunsets! Highly recommend!!

Relaxing Oasis with no reason to leave

This vacation home is everything! There are a lot of stairs but other than that everything was absolutely perfect. The home is at the end of the street so very quiet and private. Everything you need is there. Plenty of activities for everyone in the family. A perfectly place to dine outdoors or read a book. Would definitely stay again!

Only problem was not knowing that the home was on a dead end. Hard to maneuver boat. Would have not brought it down to home if we knew. We would have went straight to ramp.

Amazing attention to detail...

Coco Plum on The Bay has thought of everything. Communication regarding check in was flawless. Darlene sent an email with two contact numbers and advised us to text when we were 1 hr from the home. We arrived to Marathon around 11 and the home was ready for us 2 hours early. *We were welcomed with a lovely note and key lime pie. The scrabble board even spelled out Welcome Family! *Each bedroom was equipped with bedside chargers, comfortable mattresses, extra pillows and blanket, & full size shampoo/conditioner. *The Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. *The living & dining rooms had plenty of seating for our whole group and a huge TV. Wifi had a strong signal throughout our stay which could handle several teenagers streaming data. *We enjoyed use of the kayaks, paddle-boards, & bikes during our stay. *The first level outdoor area had the most amazing breeze and plenty of table space to rig up all our fishing gear in the comfort of the shade. *Our 30' boat had plenty of dock space and we enjoyed fishing from it, cleaning all our days catch, and watching the numerous manatee's. *The home felt secluded and private.

VACATION

Had and absolutely incredible vacation. This home rental has everything you need for a great stay. From the porches we enjoyed countless numbers of birds out by island along with some of the most beautiful sunsets. We kayaked and saw dolphins and manatee right off the dock in the channel. Caught and eat snapper right off dock. Great location and super quiet neighborhood. We would love to come back and stay again sometime. Would recommend this rental home to anyone. Awesome vacation. Thank you.
