A lovely house with the perfect location in Provence / The French Riviera (Roquebrune-Sur-Argens, Frejus), only 20 minutes away from the sandy beaches. In addition to all the authentic old perched villages in Provence, the French Riviera is only a short drive away with St. Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, Frejus nearby. Spend the day relaxing in the private garden with your own pool, eat lunch in one of the nearby cafees, go over the street to the butcher and the baker to prepare for the evenings barbeque, try winetasting on one of the nearby vinyards, play golf on some of Europes best courses, visit the local market, or drive down to some of the best sandy beaches in France located only 20 minutes from the house. We had a lovely week at the villa. Likes: location, good local amenities and within easy reach of some stunning places. The villa had everything we needed. We had great weather. Dislikes: having to pay 15 euros per person for bedding, we only used one bed and had to make it ourself. Towels were 5 euros each towel on top of that.

Super nice house

We enjoyed a perfect holiday in Thomas house. The house is lovely and has a nice charme. Area around is also very nice with vineyards and a worldclass bakery across the road. Thomas provided very detailed information about all activit. We just loved it!

Great vacation

We spend 2 weeks in Thomas house. It was very relaxing and convenient. Especially the pool was great fun for kids and adults. The house is very good equipped and everything was in very good shape. Nothing to miss, especially in the kitchen area. Also the bakery and the small SPAR market is only a minute away. Would definitely come again.

Authentisch und Komfortabel

Wir durften eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen im Ortskern von Bouverie verbringen. Der Aussenbereich ist klein aber sehr liebevoll gestaltet und hat alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Einen sehr schönen und beheizten Pool mit Illumination am Abend, einen schattigen Sitzplatz mit großem Gasgrill und auch eine gemütliche Lounge unter einer großen Markise. Wir waren mit 2 Familien darunter 4 Teenager im Haus und allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und die Berge boten Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Mountainbiken. Sehr nützlich war auch die Klimaanlage, die wir bei 30 Grad Anfang Juni zum Schlafen gerne nutzten. Die Betten sind weich, aber erstaunlich bequem. Das kleine Schlafzimmer könnte vielleicht anstelle des Schreibtisches einen Schrank oder Kommode vertragen, da auch für Koffer oder Taschen kein Platz mehr war. Ein etwas größerer Topf wäre auch hilfreich gewesen. Insbesondere, da die Restaurants im Ort im Juni Abends noch nicht offen hatte. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind aber gleich um die Ecke. Der Vermieter und auch die Betreuerin vor Ort sind sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison.La maison était très propre, et tout est à disposition pour être comme à la maison! La piscine chauffée est un gros plus! Bien que petite c’était largement suffisant pour nous. Le propriétaire a été conciliant par rapport à une demande que nous avions.Merci !

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Ein wundervoller „hideout“ in der Provence. Ein top ausgestattetes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der gute Grill und ein zweiter großer Kühlschrank, so dass man auch mit einer Familie alles unterbekommt und ein schönes BBQ machen kann. Der Pool ist größer als er auf den Fotos aussieht. Vor Ort wie beschrieben zwei wunderbare Bäckereien in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Ebenfalls direkt vor Ort ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Strände sind wie beschrieben mit dem Auto zu erreichen

Schöne Ferien

Wir waren im Mai für eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus hat alles , was man braucht. Grill funktioniert sehr gut. Die Lage war für die Ausflüge sehr gut. Die Kinder haben schönen beheizbaren Pool sehr genossen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen

Schönes Ferienhaus für die Familie

Schönes Ferienhaus am Ende einer Sackgasse, ideal für Familien mit bis zu 4 Kindern, Bäcker, Restaurant, kleiner Supermarkt direkt in Laufnähe. Fahrt zur Autobahnauffahrt Nr. 37 ca. 10 Minuten, zum Strand St. Aygulf ca. 22 Minuten, zum Lac St. Cassien ca. 25 Minuten. Das Haus ist vollständig und gut ausgestattet, Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Verwalterin super und zuverlässig. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Absolut traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 2 Familien 14 Tage in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sowohl innen, als auch außen umfangreich und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles perfekt und die Beschreibung trifft voll zu. Wir haben die Aussenterrasse und den Pool viel genutzt. Vom Ort aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städe der Cote D'Azur super erreichen, so dass man abends gemütlich den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen kann. Auch die Kommunikation mit Thomas (Vermieter) und der Vor-Ort-Betreuung lief tadellos. Wir bedanken uns nochmal dafür, dass wir dieses tolle Haus nutzen durften und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dem ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine formidable Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool wurde von uns täglich benutzt. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfreich!

Traumhafte Erholung

Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Ich fand, die Bilder werden dem Original nicht gerecht. Wenn man z. B. vor dem Pool steht, ist er viel größer als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Es ist alles so liebevoll in den Zimmern und dem ganzen Haus eingerichtet. Ich fand, das ist kein Garten - das ist eine Wohlfühloase mit Pool. Wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht nach Hause. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir das Haus nochmal buchen werden! Dann aber länger als eine Woche.

Séjour très sympa et maison agréable et bien agencée . Situation géographique très bien. Accueil et suivi par Celine parfait. Très agréable séjour Bémol les volets n empêche pas la lumière de passer pour avoir le noir complet même si c est un détail quand on a un bon sommeil.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familienferien

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist gepflegt und auch anfangs Oktober noch angenehm warm. Der kleine Garten lädt zum Verweilen und Geniessen ein. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und die Möbel von guter Qualität. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für viele verschiedene Ausflüge. Ein grosses Plus ist die Nähe zu den Einkaufsläden. Die Bäckerei ist toll und hat uns mit feinem Frühstücksgebäck und tollen Desserts versorgt. Die Bäckerei ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausbesitzer war sehr angenehm. Wir haben seine Ausflug-Tipps sehr geschätzt und dadurch auch Ausflüge unternommen, welche wir ohne seine Tipps nicht gemacht hätten. Diese waren sehr gelungen und empfehlenswert.

Traumhafte Villa in La Bouverie

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 7 Jahre) 14 Tage in der Villa Soleil verbracht und es war wirklich traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Vorortbetreuung durch Celine waren hervorragend und sehr hilfreich. Die Villa selbst ist sehr sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und die Ausstattung, auch in der Küche, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub
