The house consists of lounge with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with bunk beds, an extra bed in the living room, bathroom with shower. Completing the property two large patios, surrounding garden with outdoor shower and barbecue. In the residence there is a pool for adults, one for children and a small beach set in a beautiful bay. About 1 km. away from the village is the famous beach Simius and about 1. 5 km from the town center, with all services.
