Belle vue mais à éviter

A l'arrivée, la première difficulté réside dans la fermeture de la baie vitrée. Ni ma compagne ni mes filles n y sont arrivées. Le pire reste l absence de ventilation dans ce logement: aucune isolation ni VMC font de cette maison une véritable cocotte minute! Cela se ressent dans la chambre; Une odeur d humidité importante A cela s ajoute que le lave linge etait inutilisable car les canalisations etaient partiellement bouchées ( un gentil mot laissé dans un tiroir et découvert au bout de 3 jours nous informait sur le fait de ne pas se servir de la douche et du lave- vaisselle en même temps.....) Le ventilateur mise à disposition mais faisant le bruit d une vieille locomotive, l aspirateur sale, les balais brosses veillissant, la literie, le réfrigérateur ne faisant quasi pas de froid ( assez embêtant au demeurant) En résumé une belle vue mais le logement mériterait de gros travaux d isolation, de ventilation et d assainissement pour le rendre agréable

Attenzione a chi prenota questo alloggio, non è pulito bene. Si tratta di un appartamento tenuto chiuso da tanti anni dunque col tempo si sono deteriorati gli impianti: ad esempio lo scolo della lavatrice fuoriesce sul pavimento in cucina... un vero disastro. La porta di ingresso (una porta finestra) non si chiude bene e dall'interno non è possibile chiuderla. L'abitazione non è munita di climatizzatore, c'è un ventilatore ma è rotto. Abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria per segnalare questi inconvenienti ma non ha mai risposto; ci siamo rivolti all'agenzia che si occupa della locazione e ci ha detto che un idraulico sarebbe passato ma non è stato cosi'. E per gli altri problemi ci ha detto che al prezzo di 1600€ a settimana l'alloggio era piu' che corretto...giudicate voi! Esperienza pessima per noi!!!
