Ideally located, 150 m from the port of Plaisance in Porto-Vecchio, this air-conditioned STANDING STUDIO with SEA VIEW is designed with noble materials and includes: 1 main room with a fold-out sofa bed cabinet with side elements (brand GRIFFON) with a TRUE BED (190X140),
1 American kitchen (fully closed unit) with hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), 1 bathroom with large shower with door, wall-hung toilet, wall-hung sink and towel dryer, 1 storage cupboard, 1 washing machine , 1 terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
CONDITIONS:
STANDING STUDIO of 29 m2 (for 2 people maximum)
PETS NOT ALLOWED
Rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY (Possibility other days in low season: April and October)
Arrival time: 2:00 p.m. - Departure time: 10:30 a.m.
DEPOSIT: 25% of the booking price
BALANCE: 60 days before arrival
FINAL CLEANING: 50 euros (payable on arrival): Whether for a weekly reservation or 3 nights minimum in low season (April and October) final cleaning is compulsory
DEPOSIT: 450 euros (to be paid on arrival and returned on the day of departure after inventory
The final cleaning and the deposit cannot be paid by credit card because we are individuals (payments accepted: check, cash or bank transfer)
CANCELLATION: No refund will be made in case of cancellation
