Your very own beach bungalow steps from the beach awaits you! Located in the gated community of Oceanside Village. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home features an open concept. Each bedroom has brand new comfy beds with linen and pillows provided. This home features new Laminate flooring throughout the whole bungalow. The living room features a love seat and a queen size pull out couch. Nice sized fenced in yard with deck and BBQ grill, use of golf cart , beach chairs , beach towels, Newer HVAC. Indoor outdoor pool , water park , play ground, tennis, baseball, basketball , bocce, horseshoe pits, fishing, playground , library, dog park and Private Beach Parking. NO smoking allowed! The golf cart drivers MUST have a drivers license in order to operate it! The golf cart must remain on Oceanside Village property. We provide wireless internet and Roku TV. We take pride in having a clean, comfy beach home for your enjoyment . Please note that there will be an added pet fee of $50 for each additional pet

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute vacation home. The home was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Ken was a great host, very responsive, and even let us check-in early! The best part was having a pet-friendly rental with a fenced-in yard, so we could include our dogs on our Christmas vacation. Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning!

Great location

This beach house is in the gated Oceanside Village with lots of amenities. The street the house is on is quieter than some of the locations inside the community. We had everything we needed for our week stay and was comfortable. The outside deck area and fenced in area was great for our dogs. I spent a lot of time in the evenings there with a cool breeze and cocktails. We were close to Murrells Inlet and great seafood. Everything you would need is close by. The golf cart made getting to the beach with my Down Syndrome daughter so much easier and she enjoyed riding and seeing everything. We hope to get back next year!

Seaside Family Escape

Clean and neat with all the supplies needed for a great vacation ( beach chairs, umbrellas, fenced in yard for dog, golf cart, essential cooking items). Ken was prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns. My family all enjoyed our time at this gem of a home in Oceanside Village.

Amazing vacation!

The home was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities were great for the kids and the beach only a short golf cart ride away made the location extra special. Having the fenced in yard made traveling with the fur babies much easier too. The owner was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach house

I would stay again

We had a great time. The location is close to the beach. The property was very family and dog friendly. The place is in a gated community with many things to do. The security there was very friendly and helpful. The property manager was awesome and had great communication with us.

Excellent Holiday Stay

I rented this property twice. Each time, the property was immaculate. Location is excellent. House is well supplied, with a fenced yard and golf cart. My dog was welcome. The owner is very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Not long enough

Although there are some things that need attention, I enjoyed being able to take my fur baby and not worry about him in the yard with it fenced. Thank you for helping me get TV going and even willing to set up umbrella and chair on beach. Great host.

Perfect vacation spot

We had the best time. The rental is well stocked with everything you need. Loved having a golf cart to go to the beach. Our pups enjoyed the yard. We will definitely stay here again!

Family beach trip

Nice Stay

The landlord was very prompt with info on the rental check-in. He also made sure when the ac broke to have it fixed in a timely manner. He went the extra mile to provide window units until it was fixed. When the beach umbrella broke he brought us a new one. It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Beds were comfortable as were all amenities. Working with Ken was so easy throughout the entire process. The house has everything you could need (coffee filters, spices, dishes, pots, pans, blender, dog dishes, umbrellas, chairs, kids floaties, hairdryer, etc.) We have already let Ken know we are coming back next year and we are very much looking forward to it. Thank you, Ken, for an amazing stay at your beautiful home!

Perfect get away

We absolutely loved our time at this house. Very convenient location in Myrtle area. Loved being so close to the beach and riding the golf cart over was a great bonus. The dogs loved having the fenced backyard to play in. We will definitely check for this place on our future trips to the area.

Our host was excellent. He got back with you almost immediately. The beach house was clean and neat. The community was very friendly, clean and fun. The golf cart was fun to ride around and take to beach. Everything was spot on!!!

Wonderful Lil Beach House

This was our first vacation in 7 years and it was so nice and peaceful!! The house was perfect - very clean, fenced in backyard was a lifesaver, safe quiet neighborhood, golf cart use was awesome, literally like 5 minutes to the beach and the Host was friendly and quick to respond 👍👍 Would definitely recommend this rental 😁😁

Nice Quiet Stay

We enjoyed our stay especially since Jett, our dog, could stay with us. The neighborhood is close to the beach, very quiet and friendly. The house is clean and well decorated. I have suggested some improvements to one shower to Ken but they're not major issues. Seafood in the area is wonderful.

Cute cottage-like place

My daughter, son-in-law, & husband stayed here for a long weekend. Neat as a pin upon arrival, good communication with host. Set up with bedrooms, baths on 2 ends was good for us. Neighborhood is an older one but I like that- no high rises!
