Good place not too far away from 6th street. But far enough away that is quiet. The privacy fence and locked doors and all the external cameras both In the front of the house and the backyard. So if you like the added security it’s great.

The property was not presented as having shared backyard space/pool with 3 other units on the pre-booking listing. The front door would not lock and maintenance was not sent until the next day to replace the lock. There were 3 huge cockroaches inside the house.

Golf trip

This was a great space to stay at for our golf trip. We had 8 guys and each had their own bedroom and it was very comfortable to hang out together in both the indoor and outdoor areas.

The house was in great shape and had more than enough space for our large group. The extra beds attached to the primary are really only useable for kids, but fortunately we didn't need them.

Overall, would highly recommend this place. A few suggested opportunities for improvement:1) Advertises 8 bedrooms when in fact some are simply closets.2) Overall, the house could use some fresh paint and there were a few items in disrepair. 3) Would be nice if they supplied with bottled water (this is a nice touch I've experienced in almost every other VRBO I've stayed).The host communicated very clearly, and the entire process was painless.

Lovely, Modern and Spacious House

This place was wonderful to spread out as my family came together to celebrate my son’s birthday and hang out before the holidays. Very spacious location- there was space for everyone. The location was perfect, not too far from the city night life. The house h Only glitch is that we didn’t know we would have to pay for any additional headcount that joined us, regardless of having the extra space at the location.
