There is a remodeled kitchen area with microwave, Keurig, dishwasher and accessories. The dining area includes a table for four. The living area includes a 42-inch Smart TV, DVD player and wireless internet. The ocean can be seen and heard in the master bedroom, which has its own Smart TV and adjoins a recently remodeled bathroom. The additional street side bedroom has two twin beds and adjoining remodeled bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower. Washer/dryer.
The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
