Local landmark, Caddy's Pub, with its fresh seafood, gorgeous views and live entertainment is across the street. Located on the narrowest part of the island between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway, the condo is walking distance from Indian Shores' restaurants and shops. Island Marine Rentals is a convenient short walk for boat, bike, scooter, paddleboard and kayak rentals.
