About this property

HOUSE OF ART AND NATURE - LUBERON AND ALPILLES

This house was designed as an art gallery in the countryside.

The host will be able to contemplate the works while sleeping in the rooms and walking in the house. Close to the famous vineyards of Provence des papes, the historic sites of Avignon, Orange, Senanque, Gordes, Vaison-la-Romaine, the Luberon and the Vaucluse mountains with its typical villages but also the Alpilles, Baux de Provence and the sea is only one hour away.

It combines the charm and peace of the countryside with being just a 12-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the busy village of Robion.

It is also 9 minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue (7km), with its weekly farmers' market and numerous bars, restaurants and antique shops.

Soak up the sun on the sun loungers by your private pool.

The song of the cicadas will lull you to sleep in the shade of the trees before a refreshing dip in the pool.

The house has a living and dining room with a fireplace and exposed beams.

Facilities: television, free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker and books.

It also has a fully equipped kitchen: gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric juicer, electric barbecue.

Two terraces: a small one by the pool and a larger one overlooking the wooded garden.

Three bedrooms:

- the first has a 160cm bed and TV
- the second bedroom has a 140cm bed
- the third is a small bedroom with a 90 cm bed.

All on a surface area of 100 m².

For families with young children: the swimming pool does not have a safety fence, just an alarm. Open from 15 May to 15 October.

The area is ideal for sports enthusiasts, particularly cyclists, with the cycle and pedestrian path that runs from Cavaillon to Apt and crosses the whole Luberon right at the end of my path, and the path that runs from Robion to l'Isle sur la Sorgue; for art and history lovers, with the many archaeological and medieval sites and summer festivals in the region (Avignon, Arles, Aix, Orange, Vaison, la Roque d'Antheron etc. ), as well as gourmets who will appreciate the farmers' markets and visits to the neighbouring Côtes du Rhône estates (Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, etc.).

1 week family stay
Communication from Alexandra was fantastic prior to check in. Location of the accommodation is amazing. Every village or town you would want to visit is super close by. The property is really cute. Off set in a wooded garden. It was really homely and had everything we needed including a Nespresso machine. The pool is secluded and you can relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with Alexandra, who was very welcoming, professional and friendly. Great location; you can walk to the village and bakery, access the cycle paths, easy drives to other villages and places of interest!

An absolute delight
This house exceeded expectations. It is very quiet, very well-equipped, spacious, and organized with an artist's eye. The location is excellent - one can walk to the bakery and groceries in town (about a mile), and to a beautiful hiking trail along the ridge on the other side of town. It is an easy drive to all the beautiful hill towns of the area: Gordes, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Menerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste are all less than half an hour away, and Avignon is about 40 minutes. The pool provides a pleasant respite after a day of sighseeing, and the enclosed terrace is a wonderful place for meals. Alexandra is always helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended.
