Disappointing Stay

The location of the unit is great. It’s on the ground floor and walkable to the clubhouse. However, the unit is dated, dirty, and in need of repair. The biggest concern with the unit was that it was very hot and stuffy. The thermostat was fixed at 75 degrees and couldn’t be adjusted. The ceiling fan in the living room was not working and there were no fans in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. There was a spare fan in the closet, but it was filthy. I texted and left voice messages to the local numbers provided, but no one responded. Additionally, I notified the owner of my concerns about the unit and that no one had responded regarding the heat and disrepair. He also did not reply. To make our stay manageable, we had to buy several items, such as towels, bathmats, pots and pans, and fans for the bedrooms.

Dirty

This place was very dirty, smelled very moldy. There was mold on the walls. There was more than the shower curtains in the bathroom and our sheets were dirty. We had to wash all of our sheets and blankets before we could even sleep in the bed. We went to the store and bought a flat mop and clean the walls and our shower curtains, this was reported to the property owner and I’ve gotten no response from him so our first two days was spent cleaning and doing our blankets and sheets so we could sleep in the room

Z’s Easter break

We have stayed in many places over the past decade. This property was just missing little things like hand soap, wash cloths, hand towels and soap for the dishwasher. There were no extra plastic garbage bags and very minimal toilet paper. Otherwise the property was very clean and adequate. We bought the above items and left them for future rentals .
