Host cancelled first night of 9 night stay a few weeks before the holiday citing a double booking. Host only refunded 10% of the cost of that night. Details regarding entry to the property were only given the night before the stay after 2 reminders from ourselves. Host promised to refund outstanding balance in cash but did not do so, and subsequently by bank transfer after another 2 reminders but also failed to do so. On contacting Vrbo during our stay, they eventually refunded the outstanding balance on our return to the UK. This marred what was actually a lovely stay. We would not book this property again and would not recommend anyone else to do so due to the poor treatment we experienced from the host.

Erquy apartment

Excellent location near boulangerie, supermarket, beaches. We parked opposite and only moved the car once during our week visit. Wonderful beaches all around in walking distance and bars and restaurants in the port. Quiet apartment overlooking little park. Everything has been thought of.
