Schöne Unterkunter in zentraler Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es ist eine Art Reihenmittelhaus mit einem großen Balkon und schönem Ausblick Richtung zur Bucht/Hafen und einer Terasse mit kleinem Gartenbereich Richtung Südosten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr wohnlich. Besonders gerne haben wir die Terasse genutzt und den Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer über die Bucht genossen. Die Betten und Matratzen sind sehr gut.

Agréables vacances à Erquy

Super location dans quartier très calme . Bien meublé , bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons bien apprécié le balcon avec vue sur le port et la mer et surtout la terrasse avec petit jardinet exposé au sud et protégé du vent.A 5 minutes à pied des commerces et à 10 minutes de la mer.Très bon accueil et propriétaires sympathiques. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Hafen, ist gepflegt und bequem. In der Küche ist alles da bis zum Grill. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und bemüht trotz An- und Abreise abweichend vom üblichen Bettenwechsel am Samstag. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Appartement très fonctionnel et très lumineux idéalement situé à 5 min à pied du centre d'Erquy, et donc du bord de mer et des commerces. La vue sur la mer est très appréciable. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux. Je recommande vivement !

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung in Erquy

Wir verlebten mit unseren Kindern erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen Haus /Wohnung. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein komfortables Leben braucht. (einzig zu wenige Pfannenwender, Kochlöffel ….) Tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen von Erquy, Abendsonne auf dem Balkon zur Strasse, mittags Sonne auf der Terrasse auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Zum Ort /Hafen/Promenade ca.10 Minuten Spazierweg und der Plage Caroual ebenso nah. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Spacieux et fonctionnel

Notre petite famille a passé 10 jours super dans cette magnifique location en tout point conforme au photos. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, spacieux, traversant : 2 terrasses dont une avec un petit jardin qui nous a permis de prendre nos repas dehors en suivant le soleil. L’appartement lui-même est idéalement situé en étant à quelques minutes de la première plage (une 10ène dans la région proche) et tout près du centre - facile pour les courses à pied. Nous avons également apprécié les 2 places de parkings sans soucis pour de gros véhicules. Les fins de journées ensoleillées sur la terrasse et transat ont été grandement appréciés ! Enfin, un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son amabilité du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour (et même après ;) ). Pour qui veut passer un peu de temps dans cette si belle région, nous recommanderons cette location à tous, sans hésitation.

On se sent chez soi!

L'appartement correspondait en tous points aux images publiés. Appartement à l'état de neuf, bien entretenu et propre. Rien ne manquait dans cet appartement pour y passer un agréable séjour. L'appartement se situe près du centre du village et de la mer. Avons beaucoup apprécié le contact chaleureux avec les propriétaires qui nous ont prodigué de bons conseils sur l'appartement et la région. Situation extrêmement calme! avons apprécié les deux terrasses qui permettent de suivre le soleil et recommanderions sans autres cette location à des amis! Sans hésitation que nous reviendrons dans cet appartement!
