Trocadero gem.

Lovely apartment. One block to the best view of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
I would never recommend this apartment. It is spartan, to say the least. Online photos are misleading. Poor amenities and badly in need of paint, new furniture, dishes and overall redecoration. There is virtually no closet or storage space. Most of the closets were locked with only a hanging clothes rack provided in the primary bedroom. I had to buy soap dishes for the bathroom, which was ill equipped. Towels and linens old and frayed and a hamper that should have been replaced long ago. Electrical service issue with kitchen. Fuses blown and not updated. Very noisy location. The apartment is situated on a corner of a major artery with constant street traffic noise and loud gatherings of patrons at the restaurant below. Very poor value for the money.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to kindly remind you that the apartment is furnished and equipped as stated in the listing. Moreover, this linen comes from a professional company that constantly renews its stock. As for the location, being in the heart of Paris offers excellent accessibility and proximity to restaurants, shops, and attractions. At the same time, Paris is a lively capital city, and neighborhoods with boulevards and restaurants can naturally be more animated. Also, since you left, we have not experienced any electrical issues in the apartment. It’s equipped with double-glazed windows and electric shutters. We have never previously received any complaints about noise from our guests. However, we are regret that your experience was not as positive as we would have wished.
