This unique apartment, originally built for an artist, will enchant you.

The apartment boasts an incredible location: at the foot of the Statue of Liberty, on the banks of the Seine, with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower! Enjoy breakfast on the patio overlooking the Seine, its barges and riverboats, while watching the sunrise shimmer on the Statue's crown. Take a romantic stroll on the Île aux Cygnes (Swan Island), facing the most famous symbol of Paris and France.

The apartment has been recently renovated, features 4-meter high ceilings, and a typical Parisian glass roof. It's located in an artist's building in one of Paris's most prestigious arrondissements.

The apartment has three proper beds: a separate bedroom with two bunk beds (one double bed and one single bed); a living room with a separate sitting area; and another double bed. This two-room apartment also includes:
A bathroom equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and hairdryer;

A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, utensils, and cooking essentials for up to 6 people;

A patio with a dining table for family or group meals;

A TV and relaxation area.

This apartment is completely independent and secure: with a reinforced door and a tamper-proof 7-point lock. It is pet-friendly.

Everything is included in the rental: bed linens and blankets, toiletries and towels, kitchen utensils, and cleaning. Sugar, coffee, tea, etc., are provided in the kitchen.

For your convenience, all essential shops, stores, and supermarkets are located near the apartment and directly on the next avenue.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was better than in the pictures! It was a delightful place, the beds were comfy and we could walk to places to eat nearby. I recommend it and would return!

Lovely place and excellent location. We loved being able to see the eiffel tower lit up at night. We love to come back for another visit. Everything was great and we had no problems.

Overall, It was a clean, an great location. Our issues were several, First, the Smart lock had a glitch, I reached out to the owner and she immediately got belligerent. I had called to her to report the lock wasn’t working she immediately overreacted and rise her voice at me. She arrived 30 minutes later with an attitude and her husband. She did not accept the fact that the smart lock malfunction as she showed us an app on her phone that tracks when someone enter and leave the property. Her husband was very accommodating. He removed the battery pack which reset the smart lock and it functioned properly thereafter. Another issue was her unfamiliarity with available overnight parking locations. She advised us of a location that was not 24/7 and we would not be able to access our rented car till about 9:00am the next morning when we had to return the car at 4:30 am to catch our flight. She told us to download an app but the app was not locatable on our American iPhone which came across as figure it out for yourself instead of helping their customers in a foreign country. Luckily we found a 24/7 public parking garage much closer than the one she had suggested. Lastly she responded to us in French and was annoyed to have her response translated to EnglishSo overall the apartment is clean and a good location just don’t ask the Owner for help or suggestions but if you must speak to her husband.

Loved it 😍

It was a great experience staying here we all loved it. Very walkable even to the Eiffel Tower and other places in the area. Restaurants, bars and grocery store very close. Let’s not forget the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and Seine River from the kitchen windows. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends and family when visiting Paris.

This property is great! It was clean and the host was responsive. We loved having a view of the river and also the Eiffel Tower right from kitchen window! One thing that I didn’t realize was that one of the beds is a Murphy bed that pulls down in the living room, but my 2 daughters slept there and didn’t mind the lack of privacy. It’s a great price for the location.

We are a family of 5 and the set up and was great. There was plenty of room and it felt like everyone had their own space. Amazing location! Very clean and comfortable place. They really go above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Another plus was the air conditioning. We were in Paris during the heatwave and it was lovely. I would recommend this place and would stay here again next time I’m in Paris
