About this property

This stunning Port Charlotte pool home is fully furnished and just a short drive to shopping, dinning, and gorgeous gulf coast beaches. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comes fully equipped with extra linens, towels, and kitchen accessories.

The screened entry opens into a large living area that flows into the dinning and kitchen spaces, all connected with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy views of the pool from the living room and breakfast area or walk out to the lanai for additional outdoor seating. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, TV, and entrance to the pool. Located on the opposite end of the home from the master are the two guest bedrooms. One guest room features high ceilings and a queen bed and the second guest room has two twin beds and double closets.

The home is new to the market with lots of interior updates and has been professionally decorated. Reserve now while openings are still available. Pets are welcome with a max of 2 dogs or cats. Pool heating available upon request for additional 75$ weekly fee.

Property Exactly as Listed

The home was very clean and in a convenient, quiet neighborhood. The property owner was extremely prompt in replying to any questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property for anyone searching for a place to stay in the Port Charlotte area.

A great getaway for vacation

The house was clean with lots of places for entertaining family and friends. The pool was great to use when the weather was warmer.

Property was very nicely appointed. Pool area was very great for relaxing afternoons. Plenty of space with everything we needed. Surpassed our expectations & very reasonably priced.

Home away from Home

We stayed from Sept 29th until Oct 13th, 2023. The home was well equipped with all your basic needs and then some. Quiet area and Close to neighborhood shopping which made it very easy to get around. The pool was quite refreshing while barbequing and soaking up the sun. Although there is an option to have the pool heated, we did not feel it necessary, as it was in the high 80's outside. We had a fabulous time and look forward to booking again next year.
