Tahiti Sweetie is a great old school cottage in desirable Topsail Beach. This classic cottage is not fancy, but it is comfortable and the ocean view packs a punch. Fantastic views

The view and access to the beach is great. The house looks like 1970, needs updating. Had a musty smell when we first arrived. It is stocked with all that you need.

Not crowded

The property is located between non rentals so the beach area is not at all crowded. The beach has been built up nicely after last year’s hurricanes. The house is located in an area that is not at all congested. The only problems were the much worn cookware and picky washing machine. The back covered deck is perfect for those who easily sunburn. Regarding the realty company, the check in and out process, including the expectations upon departure, are the simplest I have ever had.
