Welcome to Edgewater Windward B-105!

Edgewater Beach Golf and Beach Resort. If you’re looking for a resort condo rental in Panama City Beach, you’ve come to the right place. It’s got everything! And the Windward Building is located at the quiet end of the resort! Resort is doing concrete work 3/11-5/21, there is a possibility of some noise during the work process!!

This place has it all for everybody. Tee times for Dad, massages for Mom, tennis lessons for the teenagers (when they’re not cruising up and down the strip) and a kid’s club!

It is a beautiful 1st floor unit!

The LIVING ROOM’s got plenty of sitting are and there’s queen sofa that’s good for sleeping two. Flat Screen TV with cable so that when you’re not on the beach, at the pool, on the course, in the spa, you can tune into dozens of different channels. Or if you want, flip open your laptop and surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available. But if you’re doing all that instead of spending time on those sugar white sand beaches you’re really missing the boat. They’re spectacular. The best in Florida, I think. And the water’s why they call this the Emerald Coast.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed. Of course, there’s a TV so that you can relax while the kid’s are napping. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear. You even have high speed internet access.

The MASTER BATHROOM has a beautiful granite sink with shower. And there’s a second bath as well.

The full KITCHEN area’s big enough to fix a meal but it doesn’t eat up all the space. You’ll love all the upgrades.

If you want to eat in and spend some family time there’s a roomy table.

The Washer/Dryer is easy to get to in the unit so you can keep everybody in clean clothes.

With this bedroom and the pull-out sleeper sofa you’ll comfortably sleep 4.

Awesome!

We had a great vacation. The beach and weather was beautiful. Communication with everyone was mostly on point. The things that weren’t on my favorite list is where the master bedroom is located and that the mattress has a huge dip in the middle. We thought there were beach services but apparently that was a misconception/oversight on our part. We were told we would have gym access;however, when we went they still wanted to charge a fee. All in all, we had a gray file and it’s in a great location, the private beach was the best!

Beach vacay

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was a convenient location for my needs. I would stay again. My only complaint is it was smelly on the beach like dead fish and you can only enter property at the main gate. The directions I had took me to another entrance but only owners can enter there with a special pin.

Fantastic unit, location is great, very clean!

No complaints as far as location, access to beach, pool and amenities. The only that is less than desirable is the location of bedroom due to road noise and stairwell noise throughout the night. Can't do much about that. Otherwise wonderful experience!
