Phoenix VII 706

Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

This has been a private unit for 15 years!! Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.

The views are amazing from this 7th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, a Full sized bed and a twin over full bunk in the 2nd bedroom for sleeping up to 7. There is a 60'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and a 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd bedroom.

There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great vacation spot

Our room was everything we had hoped for, clean and cozy with a great view. The condo/pools/hot tubs were kept clean with very nice staff. We were convenient to the shops and restaurants. We could Uber to many restaurants for under 10$. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants also. The beach was beautiful! We had a wonderful 4day vacation for our 22nd wedding anniversary! Thank you!

Great vacation condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This condo was very clean and well stocked! You have a perfect view of the beach and water! It was definitely roomy enough for my family of 4 and was easy to get to! The underground parking was definitely a wonderful added bonus of renting the place! I would rent from them again!!
