Inn at Summerwind #1104 has a perfect layout with a fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials to prepare a meal and plenty of space to enjoy it with a dining table and two breakfast bar. You'll find a large flat screen TV in the living space should you choose to get in out of the sun or if it rains and space to spread out too. As you enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony you'll find two chairs and a small table to relax and watch the dolphins play or enjoy a cocktail in the evening.

First of all this is not a penthouse unit. Food left in sink, hair on both bathroom sinks, WiFi never worked - so no laptop or TV usage, cabinets and plumbing fixtures are outdated, paint chipping off cabinets, one of toilets barely flushed. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Condo was clean, bright & roomy. Shower had excellent water pressure. Only tiny thing I would change is mattress on king bed. It was too soft but that’s my personal preference.

The property was just gross. Terrible moldy smell that made us both super congested. Hasn’t been updated since it was built. And not the penthouse as the add says.

Beautiful view, could use a deep clean

View was great, spacious, easy access to pools & beach. Nice to have washer & dryer. No view of the actual sunset though. However, it needs a deep clean. Pull out couch easy to use. Wish there was a vacuum or mop. Only had a broom which didn't pick up the sand that comes in from the beach. So bring your own if you don't want to be stepping in sand the whole time. Overall plenty of space for our family of 5! Nice to be close to the elevators too.

Unit was not cleaned well before check-in. Balcony patio had food crumbs and sand, and it felt like the floors hadn't been swept either. Bunk beds and pull-out couch were not comfortable at all. More rugs throughout is a suggestion.

This property is in very bad shape, very poorly maintained. Very dirty, in need of updating 10 years ago! Requested refund as we left next morning, NOTHING! Very sad people get ripped off like this. BEWARE!

Amazing time

We had an amazing week in Navarre. There were a couple things that could have been better in the condo, but nothing that bothered our stay!!! The fan in the shower room needs some attention. The freezer was leaking when we got there, but ended up being fine. The bed in the master was awesome!! We didn't use the other beds. There wassl construction going on while we were there that started at 8 am, ON THE DOT, every week day. That was annoying, but understandable since it is technically the off season!! We will stay st Summerwind again!!

Not a great experience.

This condo is very outdated and the pictures hide it well. The property looks like it has not been updated in several years. Walls, doors, etc dirty. The safety lock on the door was hanging on by one screw and the door appeared that it had been broken in to at some point. Kitchen lacked a lot in comparison to condos I have previously stayed in. Absolute bare minimum utensils and dishes. Also, be prepared to be hounded by security in the pool / boardwalk area. Boardwalk also feels like it is about to cave in in several different spots as boards are loose and sagging significantly.
