There is tile through the condo and lush carpet in the bedroom. The main living area of this unit is surrounded by big mirrors giving the space a much larger feel. There are TVs, DVD player, and a stereo to enjoy if you can get away from the balcony view. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. A full-size side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and plenty of utensils making mealtime a breeze. There are enough pots and pans to create a meal and enjoy it outside or on the glass table. Perch at the bar, then gather for meals at the dining table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
