About this property

Beautiful Condo on a BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!

Just steps away from white sand and the gorgeous emerald waters of Navarre.(no streets to cross) Navarre Beach is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach which includes miles of undeveloped beaches.

Our condo is on the 2nd floor, looking directly down onto the swimming pool and tennis courts. The balcony has plenty of outside chairs and table for enjoying your morning coffee, or evening beverages!

There is a queen size bed in the master with it's own private bathroom and shower. The guest room also has a queen size bed. The living room is large and spacious and decorated with beautiful leather couches as well as an over-sized chair with ottoman for you to relax on after a long day at the beach or pool. One of the couches has a queen size pull out bed, as well as a roll-away in the master bedroom closet!

There is plenty of sitting at the large kitchen table, as well as plenty of bar-stools at the breakfast bar for sitting and eating.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you will need for making full meals while you are staying with us!

There are beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items in the outside closet of the condo for you to use as well! We also have a full size washer/dryer for your use.

I believe you will find our condo nicely decorated and has everything you will want for a great, affordable vacation!

Perfect Vacation

We arrived about 4:30 and was able to get into condo immediately. It is located very near the pier, and several restaurants/bars. Also, a short drive to Opal beach. Located about halfway between Destin and Pensacola. So, lots to see and do. Definitely will be going back there again next year.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was just as listed. We had everything we needed for cooking. We were even surprised to find a closet full of books, puzzles etc if we found ourselves bored.

Quick getaway

We loved the location of this condo in Navarre. It was extremely quiet as we were the only visitors this week. One thing we would recommend is some updating on the windows. The wind howling through them made our son scared to sleep in the bedrooms. Otherwise everything was great and the owners had extra beach toys/chairs for us to borrow.

Perfect location

Our stay at Beachview was amazing, couldn’t have picked better accommodations or location, absolutely perfect. The location is close enough for traveling to Destin and Pensacola, which made it nice. Communicating with management was very easy and responses were very quick. All in all we couldn’t have been happier with our stay, it was absolutely perfect. Family time on the beach!

We gathered for a family wedding and stayed a week to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. Our daughter and her husband joined us for the week. It was wonderful, eacj couple had a private space. The beach was so close, the pool was perfect. We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week!

Cozy condo

It is like staying at home very cozy all the comfort of home. Love the closet of games and movies. The deck is a great place to have a morning coffee. The beach is just a short walk to the back. Pool is very clean and well kept. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice condo. Clean and well maintained. I probably didn’t read close enough since the condo didn’t have a view of the ocean, despite being listed as on the beach. Overall a nice stay.

Very nice time

Our condo was spotless, well stocked and was just as described. It was nicely furnished and was a short walk to the beach from the back door. Due to the Covid-19 we ate a majority of our meals at the condo using delivery apps to local restaurants. One night we ordered seafood from a nearby restaurant and dined outside on the spacious balcony, which was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again., as it was perfect for me, my wife and our teenage daughter. The owner was very nice and helpful!

Great communication, quiet, felt safe, next door to the only Navarre beach hotel with a cafe and restaurant, close driving to many restaurants without feeling like being in a commercial area. Beach was great, lifeguards and chair rentals. Shells vary on waves, tides and storms. Kitchen was an electric stove( took getting used to), micro, toaster and coffee maker and full size fridge/ice maker. Didn’t use the pool or tennis court/ pickle ball court as it was cold at the time. Smart TV and beach chairs were helpful to have provided.

Filthy pigsty

The place was filthy, mold and mildew in kitchen, pots/pans were disgusting and had bugs crawling around on them, residence smelled like mildew/mold, kitchen cupboards had mold on them, the doors were filthy. We had to leave after 30 minutes as my wife was getting physically sick from the mold/ mildew. Reservation was cancelled and a full refund was issued. Had to go to a hotel. VERY DISSATISFIED. This needs to be investigated . I have pictures of what we encountered upon arrival that I would like to submit if I could.

Perfect time to come to Navarre

As advertised, clean condo, comfortable beds. Lacey the property manager very responsive; there was only one roll of TP and no hairdryer. When contacted she brought over TP and hairdryer that same day. Walk to the beach is 2 minutes, beautiful and not crowded. Rent an Umbrella $22 per day or by the week. Nice spacious living room area. TV didn't have cable but could stream thru our own Netflix, U tube. The pool was never crowded and open til 10pm, no lifeguard. Balcony was good to sit out on. It wasn't in the sun all day so able to sit outside in afternoon and evening. Navarre Seafood Market is a must to go to if you want to get fresh local shrimp, grouper, red snapper and oysters. Also go to Twist for homemade ice cream, better than Turtle Roll. We went to Walmart before going to condo to get food etc. There is a Publix and Winn Dixie just over the bridge for items you might need too. Cookware not that good, one of the frying pans was warped, so hard to use. I made due with what was there. Minimal glasses, tupperware, bowls. Spices from what other people had left so make sure you buy spices you want including salt and pepper. Need to buy aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc bags, if you use them. We bought plastic containers.The table on the balcony had peeling rust all over the outside. Beach chairs were terrible only 2 that were really usable, the other one we used had broken arms, no beach umbrella, no beach towels, the beach closet was a mess.
