About this property

New Upgrades 3 BR 2.5 Bath A Stones throw from the Beach

This quaint and casual beach inspired condo is a short walk to the beach and is pet friendly, it is tucked in a quiet wooded area that is very relaxing. You can easily enter your rental with a key less system and get your vacation started. Living area, kitchen and 2 decks are on the 1st level with a half bath. On the 2nd level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a new king bed, ceiling fan and private bath, The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed, furniture, and a small table and stool added as a small work area, with a chair and luggage rack and the 3rd bedroom has A full bed. There is plenty of closet space for an extended stay and a washer and dryer unit is in the upstairs. New HVAC unit just installed and moved off the patio.

We have just replace the flooring on the first floor, put in a new front door, replaced the front deck and repaired the back!

Folly Field Beach is a 5-7 min walk to the boardwalk. Lifeguards are on duty March thru September and there is a bathroom, water fountain and shower off area. Dogs are welcome before 9 am and after 5 pm. (our HOA has a 2 pet max) On the off season after September your furry friend can be on the beach anytime. Our unit has a beach cart, chairs, and some toys for your use.

We would love to have you stay at our condo and make wonderful memories with your family and friends.

Pets allowed with fee must pick up after dog. Please wash off, dry and brush sand off before entering unit. Vacuum is available for excess sand. Fees will be applied for damage inside the unit or if dog poo is not picked up.

No parties, events or smoking in unit. Fees will be applied if there is smoke damage.

Max guests = 6

Minimum age of renter is 23

Must empty refrigerator and take trash out when you leave.

You will be responsible for damaged property during your stay. Moving furniture and not putting it back will result in a loss of your deposit.

Great Affordable Space

Perfect location

We are very pleased with our stay at this beautiful unit. While there was only two of us there was plenty of room for at least six to stay here. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked. Convenient to local restaurants and stores. Walk to the beach is about 1/2 mile from the unit. An easy walk. Trolley stop directly across from the unit. Wonderful communication and easy check in. Will definitely stay here again. Neighbor were very helpful and friendly.

The beach is literally a 5 minute walk. There is a cute sports bar across the street. The condo was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good location, close proximity to beach was great. The condo had all that we needed; thanks to the owners. Only one drawback-the size of the bed in bedroom 2 was small for two adults. We would stay there again.

Great locations. Good size unit. Very good beds better than most rentals. Place is clean but aged and dated. No exhaust fan in the kitchen. Ice maker needs to be checked. Living area good size but not open concept style. Would stay here again for the right price.

Great location- truly our happy place!

Location can’t be beat. Quick 5min walk to Folly Beach, which isn’t overly crowded, but also an easy drive to all spots on HHI. Loved the kitchen which was well stocked and had a great ice machine. Bedrooms were perfect for us and our 2 kids. Also had a great beach cart and boogie boards to borrow. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again! HHI continues to be our happy place!

Just a short walk to the beach...

The condo was very nice and cozy. The only downside was that the temperature upstairs was far warmer than on the first floor. Everything else was excellent.

Longer stay, perfect all around!

Me and my son stayed at the condo, while he got started with college and we looked for property of our own on the island. We literally moved in with suitcases, for a 3 1/2 months stay, and didn’t need a thing. The condo is well equipped, with everything we could need, and all the space that we needed as well. The proximity to the beach was great and the owner was very responsive to all of our needs! This is a great place for a lovely Hilton Head vacation or longer-term stay.

Everything you need

What a lovely home! It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. It was so nice to not have to bring beach equipment in an already packed car. The wine cooler was a huge plus. The property owners answered all our questions and provided wonderful suggestions for our stay. The community pool is large and a short walk from the villa.

First Trip to HHI - November 2020

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect with a quick walk to Folly Field Park - a dog friend beach. We took our dog there for a walk almost every day. Pretty much everything you need is on the property. A nice quite place to relax and serve as home base as you explore Hilton Head Island. Great communication with Colleen! Thank you!

Perfect location, cozy home, amazing hosts!

First of all, Trey and Colleen were the hosts you hope to have. They made sure the check in/check out info was available and clear and during our stay they were prompt with replies. The townhome was exactly as pictured, and was very clean. The 5 minute walk to the beach was extremely convenient especially with the wagon that was provided! The pool is just a short minute walk away as well. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing week!

Hilton Head 2020

It was perfect for our family. They had everything you could think of in the house you might need for your stay. The only thing this time of year the pool was disappointing. It was to shady and very cold. So we just did the beach which is a short walk from the condo. It was perfect!!

Our new favorite place

We love this location. Out of the main congestion. Usually walkable to the beach. We were unfortunate this year in that the city began reconstruction of the beach access right as we got there. Islanders was a bit too far with beach gear to walk and requires quarters in the meters if you drive. We ended up with a short drive to Singleton. Free parking in the park. Unit is well equipped (thank you so much for having access to a rolling beach cooler!!!) Beds are comfy, and owners are updating furniture. Looking forward to coming down again next year.

Great Stay!

This was one of the best beach vacations our family has ever taken. Property description on the website was accurate. The villa was clean and well equipped. The fact that the beds were made upon arrival, fluffy towels were available, and starter supplies of soap, kleenex, and detergent were left for us made our check-in easier. There was a nice selection of toys, beach chairs, a boogie board, and most importantly, a wagon, that made transporting all of our belongings to the beach a breeze. The location is terrific! It is only a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is picturesque and a great place to walk your dog, if you bring one. Overall, this was a wonderful experience.

Sweet Summer Vacation

We can’t begin to tell you how enjoyable our second visit was!! The new updates were wonderful and very beachy! We love coming here every year and always want to stay longer!! Everything and every place you want to see is right at your finger tips. I left you a few gifts for the kitchen - new pot holders and kitchen towels. Hope everyone after us enjoys them. We love the simplicity of the condo and close proximity to the beach all the stressors just melt away when we come here throughout the year.

This is our happy vacation get away spot. We came here for years to stay when my brother and his family owned it and we recently bought it when they moved into a home on HHI. We love to relax here with our daughters and our fur babies love it too.
